Avon / Tripartite nail file

Received this file as a part of a package surprise. At own choice would not buy.

The file is made of plastic on which the thin layer something soft, and atop directly working material which allegedly has to saw and polish nails is pasted. I look at it and I cannot understand that it. Similar to fabric with some impregnation.

The nail file has 3 surfaces which are numbered depending on roughness of a surface. The most rough, it seems, has to file nails, but does not cope with this task. Rather nails file a file. A surface with number 2 almost smooth that has to do - unclear. Surface number 3 is intended for polishing of a nail. I laid some hopes on it. The matter is that a few years ago Avon had a 4-sided file with the similar idea which served me long enough, and especially I loved polishing surface. To Popolirovat nails this file at me it did not turn out because surface number 3 is located on inside of this strange figure. By sight it seems that it is inconvenient. Actually it is very much inconvenient.

Having decided that it's good to gain even a flock of wool from the black sheep, I decided to use at least surface number 1. Tried to make it few times. To nails though that, and the file was worn out.
