For me it appeared - a useless thing. I did not see any result. Bays and the area around them remained invariable. The patch is made so that "corners of lips" are lifted up, that is a patch sponge smile. But in usual position of a lip at all not of such form, that is the patch is not similar to a shape of human lips, thereby the patch had to be "arranged" long on lips and to turn as a result. It was not pleasant. I cannot advise.
