Lotion will be suitable for very thick oily skin with inflammations. Dried up my combined problem skin in 3 days, reddenings, peeling and an itch appeared. Possibly, it was reaction to Retinolum. If oily skin, but sensitive, I advise to use it carefully and to apply only on the most problem zones, otherwise not to avoid dermatitis.
