I will tell at once, it is not my first micellar water therefore I know what should be expected from such means. And it very much disappointed me...
It is written that "light fluid texture", in practice - usual liquid means. As lotion. Unostentatious smell.
This water promises skin clarification, removal of a make-up from the face and eyes. If foundation still is able to wash away this product, then eyes... (Not waterproof) this micellar water is not able to wash away usual ink! It is necessary to rub very long. And if there are still shadows and a pencil, then the make-up will be in the eyes simply smeared! The effect of a panda is provided. And plus, will be even more difficult to wash away after that this nightmare normal means.
