I would call this lotion... neutral. But in case of means for removal of a make-up, I consider, it and is good. There is no pronounced smell. The transparent water which is rather well coping with removal of a make-up. Both from a face, and from eyes. It is healthy what is suitable for sensitive skin and when using lenses!

That case, when all essence in the name. Long ago I use this lotion, I remove a make-up from eyes only to them, and it is very happy. Earlier bought other products, but all the time irritated feeling of some stickiness a few centuries ago after use. And this lotion is very neutral in all plans: transparent, without strange smell, not viscous. Well cleans and that is very important for me: let's apply when carrying contact lenses.
