The system of the FlyLady - personal experience

Frankly speaking, I will not remember already when I for the first time got acquainted with the Fly Lady system. But, you understand, the nobility is one, and to live here on a system and to carry out certain rules – absolutely another. For this reason last year I for the first time tried "to plunge" into this system and to realize it all our family.

I will not begin to stop on the theory of a system because I do not set it as the purpose. I will notice only that Fly Lady – a child of American Marla Sealy was born in 1999, and today has great variety of adherents worldwide.
I want to tell about the experience therefore I will stop only on those moments which were mastered by me.

Precepts of a system of the FlyLady
In total them 11, but at me not everyone got accustomed. Having decided to make the list, I received the following:
- learned to clean daily in the evening a sink (yes, in the morning she meets us by the shining purity);
- I carry out morning and evening routines (with morning it is simpler);
- I work on the house (I clean up, I prepare, I wash, I clean) quicker to release time for communication with the husband and daughters;
- if I take any thing, I return it into place (it appeared, it is not so difficult to get used to it);
- I smile and laugh every day (but, frankly speaking, I and without a system had it in a habit – I am not able to despond);
- I do all housework within a week, completely I devote days off to family.
The last point, was, perhaps, the most difficult: after the working day not really there is a wish to wash the floors and to bring order, but, heroically, having endured two weeks, began to submit to the secret law: days off are sacred.

Routines
For those who do not know what the animal is, I explain: it is only the list of short affairs which need to be carried out daily in the mornings and to evenings.
So, my obligatory morning routines: to make a bed, to make toilet, to feed cats and a dog.
Evening: to wipe a plate, to wash the dishes (about a sink already wrote), to call the mother-in-law, to find time for itself (masks, srubs, cream and other pleasant things).

Hotstopa
Unclear word? Hotstop is a "hot" point in the house, the place where the garbage accumulates just in the eyes. And so, for repayment (cleaning) of hotstop twice a day – in the morning and in the evening – it is spent two minutes. In the morning I usually hurry therefore on hotstopa there is only an evening, but two minutes a day quite are enough for me especially as children and the husband in the afternoon usually and at work, so to litter school there is nobody.
As it became clear, in our house two hotstop – a bedside table in the hall (keys, bags, umbrellas, gloves, newspapers, drawings, jewelry, books – what there only does not happen!) and a desk in the hall (here in general – horror awful).

And so if once a day to clean the mountain of all superfluous from a surface of a bedside table and a table, the garbage refuses to collect. Voluntarily.

Five-minute rescue of the room
From the name it is clear: 5 minutes on cleaning of the room are given. Of course, superficial, but, believe, during this time it is possible to manage to make much! It is necessary to treat cleaning as to a game, to turn on the timer (I set the alarm clock on phone) and to remove that you will be in time. For the second day daughters (interesting to clean up for so short time) joined me and we began to remove three times more.

Raskhlamleniye
Or the razmusorivaniye - to a lump as is pleasant. One more type of cleaning game. You go on the house and you remove 27 objects which lie not on the places. Here too daughters were quickly connected (who forward?). Every day I am not engaged in Raskhlamleny: with triple eagerness two times a week – Monday and Friday quite are enough for us.

Cleaning on Zones
Before I grabbed everything and at once. As result: was in time nothing. Tried to divide the house into Zones. For every week of month – the Zone to which the main attention is paid that is here is carried out a raskhlamleniye and the detailed cleaning lasting no more than 15 minutes.
1. Verandah and hall.
2. Kitchen.
3. Bedroom.
4. Nursery.
5. Living room.
If is more detailed: from February 1 to February 3 I focused attention on a verandah and the hall, then "moved" to kitchen, etc. This week I clean up the bedroom.

Plan of personal care
Not to be confused in masks, srubs and other procedures, I sat down and wrote the schedule on days of the week, and I adhere to it.
Monday: manicuring, elbows, as option - a nutritious mask.
Tuesday: face care - a srub, the cleaning mask.
Wednesday: care of legs - a tray, a srub, cream.
Thursday: care of hair - a mask from white clay.
Friday: manicuring (they at me most of all suffer) - a nutritious mask.
Saturday: a bath, a tray for legs, a mask for hair, a face scrub, necks and zones of a decollete from oat flakes.
On Sunday – day off.

All this got accustomed and works. Surprisingly, but fact: giving after work several minutes on cleaning, I began to do much more, and days off in general were released. And in the house it is really clean!
I mastered only a small part of a system, but it works – here that the main thing.

Yes, I did not make the control magazine, but I have a daily log in which it is more convenient to me to look as it always with me. Yes, I do not write down the plan of cleaning, but it at me in the head. Besides, I was not attracted by inventing of various affirmation like these: "Dust to breathe - not to respect itself!" or "You cannot order stuff, you can only get rid of it". I have enough "ideas" at work – I there on full give all the best. And houses I have a rest. Yes, even bringing order, I learned to have a rest. What and to you I wish!
