Whether it is possible to put on a diaper several times if it is dry? Whether it is harmful to the kid? Or the diaper can be used only once irrespective of, dry it or wet?

If the diaper really dry if it was not deformed and did not tear, then you can reuse it – actually, for these purposes on diapers producers also do reusable velcros (opened, looked that dry, clasped back). Another matter if the diaper was wet, and then dried – in this case its reuse is unhygienic and it is undesirable.
