hello. at me on teeth, more precisely at the top of tooth at the basis appeared dark a speck. not on all teeth. it looks as something got stuck on teeth at the top of tooth). and there (on a spot) the dent is formed... as to me to correct it... what to do that it it was not formed on all teeth? the doctor told that I too carefully brush teeth... I bought a soft brush... teeth became yellow. thanks.

Hello, Yulia. What happened to enamel of your teeth is called wedge-shaped defects. I.e. there is an enamel deleting, and more strenuously in prisheechny area. One of the reasons of this problem, really, the wrong toothbrushing is. Defects need to be sealed up. And also the doctor will show the correct movements by a toothbrush for your situation.
