Hello! Dear doctor! I address you with the following question: There was on ultrasonography (transvaginalno), in a uterus cavity 1 fetal egg, 10 mm that corresponds to 5 weeks of pregnancy (and to 5 days) the Yellow sack of 3.6 mm, an embryo is not visualized. There are no signs of an otsloyka, the structure of a horion is not changed, walls of a uterus are not thickened, the tone of a uterus is normal. Neck of the uterus of 40 mm. the c, the channel is close, there is no free liquid in a small basin. Handed over HGCh, makes 13628.1 (the standard limit 10000-30000sootvestvut to 4-5 weeks). Handed over a week ago there were 625.4 HGCh (that there corresponded 2-3 weeks) I will not understand how then on ultrasonography there can be nearly 6 weeks? Progesterone 13ng, ml Normal value pregnant women the first trimester 2.8-147.3 at me a question: whether normal I have progesterone and if suspicions according to analyses on the fact that nerazvivayushchayusya pregnancy as there is no embryo. The doctor still prescribed me askorutin though I read that in the first trimester to drink them risky. Whether and if low progesterone can dyufaston be replaced with what that another, and that a year ago from a dyufaston (I have an endometriosis) I had a uterine bleeding. Thanks a lot for answers.

Hello, Natalya! Progesterone level at you is normal, and on such small term the embryo can not be visualized on ultrasonography. It is obligatory to take the drugs of progesterone, at least up to 16 weeks, and it is up to 20 weeks better. If you are afraid dyufaston (though the risk of repetition of bleeding is insignificant), you can accept UTROZhESTAN. Askorutin on such term, really, is not necessary. Control the HGCh level, make ultrasonography in dynamics in few weeks. Then everything will become clear. I wish you good luck!
