deficiency of KTR and dissociation between the sizes of the head and trunk on the 11th week of pregnancy

Hello! Pregnancy 11 weeks and 4 days (the last monthly - 19 or 20.10.2012), age 32 years. Results of ultrasonography: KTR of 40 mm, BPR of 17 mm, skull arch, "butterfly", stomach, front br. a wall, a bladder, a backbone - b. lake. Nose bones - 1.5 mm. length of hips - 4 mm, fruit ChSS - 164 ud. in min., TVP - 2.3 mm, the zheltochny bag of 3 mm, a venous channel was not succeeded to determine (the ultrasonographer says that else rather early most likely), localization - by a back wall of a uterus in day. Conclusion: the fruit corresponds to the 11th week of pregnancy, deficiency of KTR of a fruit, dissociation between the sizes of the head and trunk (the doctor says that for such head the body is not enough), the TVP expansion, multiple miomatozny knots. Control in week and a prenatal kariotipirovaniye is recommended to ultrasonography (there is only a high danger because of myomas). The ultrasonographer began to speak about risk of chromosomal anomalies. Found these norms of biometrics of a fruit in the Internet itself, on them it turns out that we from norm almost have no otkhozhdeniye (unless length of a hip is small also that not according to all tables). The head here unless is pressed to a body at the child and he "kalachik" lies more, but not exactly, as on pictures on this term. What will you tell into the account of the conclusion? Thanks for the answer in advance.

Hello, Alija. To speak about possible anomalies, except ultrasonography more with confidence, it is necessary to consider also results of the analysis on RARR, beta HGCh which to this term you already had to hand over. If in the analysis there are deviations, then is valid, it will be necessary to resolve an issue of a kariotipirovaniye, with observance of all measures for prevention of spontaneous termination of pregnancy. Ultrasonography in itself does not give the grounds to think of presence of chromosomal anomalies at the child.
