Terrible horror

Removes make-up, even resistant.

Irritates eyes, leaves a vaseline layer on a face

Oily liquid (generally, two-phase means "oil in water", but is stratified, an oil layer from above). While bore home the order, oil filtered, despite densely closed lid, and soiled a bag.
Before use it is necessary to shake strongly a bottle - then, it seems, phases mix up. But all the same, the wadded disk moistened with means, all oil. This oil (the cheapest mineral oil - vaseline) irritates eyes (after the second use signs of the konjyuktivit appear).
On skin after use of means there is an unpleasant oil film.
On a face I cannot apply.
And when on a body I do a body art, I wash away this means. Skin of a body is less whimsical and perfectly transfers it. After application of means I take a shower at once.
