My attempt number two to participate in a ladoshko-calcaneal marathon.
Palms
Skin of hands dry, quite often arises feeling of tightness.
(A photo only of one hand: both could not be photographed, and I am not able to remove without hands).

Closer that it was visible skin.

Further nogotochka. In itself they anything. There was a time, broke, but I coped with it. My trouble in another - dryness of a cuticle and hangnails. In svyazm with kitchen gardens hands are dipped!


Piglet
Feet look more or less tolerably: at least, there is no natoptyshy. But after the sea they considerably coarsened.

And here on heels it is visible that they lack moistening: dry skin and peeling. It is necessary to humidify more them!

Well and nogotochka standing. The cuticle obviously needs moistening and mitigation!

Purposes:
1. To reduce manifestation of hangnails.
2. To the maximum to humidify and feed skin of hands and legs.
3. To the maximum to humidify a cuticle on fingers of hands and legs.
4. To remove peelings on heels.
5. To strengthen a nail plate.

I add bath salt and essential oil of a lemon to trays for hands. Once a week I do a tray, I use a srub and hand cream from "the Swedish Day spa" from Oriflame.
Gel peeling from TaiYan - very good piece! The rough thin skin from it rolls down on "hurrah": I use it both for hands (cuticle), and for legs (heel).
Wax the cream mask strengthening wax and gloves - all from DNC. There is still a nutritious wax, but there remained it on several applications, did not begin to photograph.
The Greek Olive hand and nail cream at me so far at home, but he "will move" to work soon. There is still a Panthenol cream from Evrolayn-kosmetik - it well humidifies and heals small cracks.

For legs
Bath salt, essential oil of a lemon, gel peeling from TaiYan (forgot it on a photo) "remove" also to leaving for legs.
The Russian Field bath foam, cream deodorant from "The Siberian health", cream from Oriflame, wax and socks (they have too shabby look) from DNC.

I add collagen and elastin only to trays both for hands, and for legs so far, but I think to add also to creams.

10. 07. Today everything was simply and without delicacy: during the lunchtime Greek Olive hand and nail cream.
In the evening - for hands a wax mask from DNC, for legs - cream from Oriflame.

11.07. A tray for legs with foam and bath salt, cream from Oriflame.
Hands - a wax mask from DNC.
12.07. The same, as yesterday. Sorry, there is no time to describe everything detailed.

13.07. The tray for hands with means "the Swedish SPA salon" from Oriflame plus there still dropped elastin. Then poskrabit handles a srub from the same set and applied cream. On a marigold - nutritious wax from DNC. Well massaged, removed a cuticle.

16.07. Bathing day therefore trays were in a bath both for hands, and for legs.
Indulged handles with a tray from infusion of birch leaves with addition of several droplets of essential oil of a lemon, for legs added foam and bath salt to a tray.
Processed a cuticle on hands TaiYan gel peeling. The Piglet after a tray processed to them and in addition walked on them pumice.
For the night on hands - wax cream a mask + gloves, on legs - wax from DNTs and socks.

The second week
