My care of hair

The day off - means a time to carry out procedures for care of hair. Usually my leaving is masks and washing. I wash the long and thick hair of once a week and it is enough. After the postponed kovid, in several months hair began to creep strongly therefore included masks from loss in leaving.
I want to share with you the cosmetics which I use.

First of all I do a mask Red pepper on head skin and I apply an oil complex on length of hair.

Red pepper for hair, I think, many sign. I use its not first time. I like its efficiency. In packing 2 bags of dry mix which needs to be stirred with water. One bag is enough for me for 2-3 times.
I add boiled water to a portion of mix, I stir and I leave to cool down.
Further I apply to head skin, dividing hair into hair partings. The mask does not burn down at all, is felt only a little warmly.
I apply oil for strengthening of hair from Siberin on all length of hair.

Structure: oil sesame (Sesamum indicum seed oil), shea butter (Butyrospermium parkii (shea) butter), almonds oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil), oil of walnut (Juglans regia seed oil), castor oil (Ricinus communis seed oil), oil hempy (Hemp seed oil), oil soy (Glycine soja (soybean) oil), oil burdock (Arctium lappa root (burdock) oil), essential oil of a geranium (Geranium essential oil), essential oil of a sage (Salvia officinalis essential oil), vitamin E (Tocopherol), extract of a sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides extract), extract of a nettle (Urtica dioica extract), extract of a thyme (Thymus serpyllum extract), extract of raspberry (Rubur idaeus extract), extract of coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara extract), extract of a train (Bidens tripartita extract), extract of a burdock (Arctium lappa extract), extract of a horsetail (Equisetum arvense extract).



Further I collect hair in a bunch and I put on from above a package. Further it is the best of all to wrap up hair with a towel or a special hat.


So I go about 30-60 minutes and I go to a bathtub to wash away everything.

I use shampoo firm "Protection of color and restoration" against Siberin now. The box did not remain. I very much like solid shampoos as it is convenient to use them, an expense economic. Siberin has a natural structure. Great advantage is existence of a sack in which shampoo lies. So it both foams better, and dries evenly, suspended for ties, and it is convenient to store.

Shampoo well washes out hair, washes away the remains of masks, even copes with an oil mask with a bang. From hair it is washed away quickly and without effort.

Structure: kokosulfat sodium (Sodium cocosulfate), kokoit izetionat sodium (Sodium cocoyl isethionate), water distilled (Aqua), a betaine (Betaine), inulin (Inulin), citric acid (Citric acid), shea butter (Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter), D-pantenol (Panthenol), izoamit laurat/izoamit kokoat (Isoamyl laurate/Isoamyl cocoate), essential oil of tangerine (Citrus nobilis essential oil), a wheaten protein (Wheat protein), essential oil of cinnamon (Cinnamon leaf essential oil), vitamin E (Tocopherol), extract of an aloe belief (Aloe vera extract), extract of bark of an oak (Quercus robur extract), extract of a burdock (Arctium lappa extract), extract of a juniper (Juniperus communis extract), kurkumin (Curcumin).


After shampoo I use a mask or balm. Now in the course there (was) a mask from Siberin. Comes to an end. At you I cut to get the remains. Wait in a month in "baby's dummies".

The mask in addition looks after hair, adds gloss and smoothness. It is put for 3-5 minutes and washes off.

Structure: water distilled (Aqua), wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare (wheat) germ oil), oil burdock (Arctium lappa root (burdock) oil), cetylstearyl alcohol (Cetearyl alcohol), BTMS emulsifier * (Behentrimonium methosulfate), sorbitol (Sorbitol), izoamit laurat (Isoamyl laurate), izoamit kokoat (Isoamyl cocoate), pentylene glycol ** (Pentylene glycol), D-pantenol (Panthenol), oil argon (Argan oil), a wheaten protein (Wheat protein), apple acid (Malic acid), lactic acid (Lactic acid), essential oil of orange (Citrus aurantium essential oil), ksantanovy gum (Xanthan gum), citric acid (Citric acid), essential oil of a jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum essential oil), essential oil of a sage (Salvia officinalis essential oil), extract of a sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides extract), extract of a nettle (Urtica dioica extract), extract of a thyme (Thymus serpyllum extract), extract of raspberry (Rubur idaeus extract), benzylic alcohol (Benzyl alcohol), sorbate of potassium (Potassium sorbate), vitamin E (Tocopherol).



Slightly I dry wet hair after washing a towel, further I collect on the head and I go with such turban some time. Further once again I pass on moist hair a towel and I leave to dry independently. Of course, it not long, rather I will freeze or wet hair will wet all house t-shirt, then I go to dry the hair dryer.

Having a little dried the hair dryer, I apply on even moist hair a fluid the re-enactor from Ollin.


Looked for structure on the Internet, on several websites the structure different is written: or words are traded places, or something is added. Strange.
On my photo the following is specified: cyclopentasiloxane, dimetikonol, perfume, oats oil, alpha isomethyl ionon, citrate


The consistence reminds oil, smells very delicious candy or chewing gum. I apply on hair on all length and I pay special attention to tips. Further the land again the hair dryer before full drying of hair.
Here such plain leaving at me in the course. Hair remain clean, soft, scatter on wind, roots of hair are exempted from dirt and surplus of skin fat, loss became much less. But also I will not stop fight against loss yet.
