I am not an adherent of any certain balm for hair, I like to change, try them new. Of course, I try to select both shampoo and balm of one series, but so it turns out not always. About a month ago I bought out of pure curiosity the conditioner from the Herbs&Spices series with a camomile, vanilla and a nettle from the Belarusian BelKosmex brand. Balm is addressed for all types of hair, to be exact, quoting the producer, "for gloss and ease of all types of hair". The ability of balms to give to hair ease in principle always raises at me doubts. For me well practically any conditioner in a varying degree makes heavier hair. And here gloss just what it would be desirable to see after application of the conditioning means. As far as the Herbs&Spices conditioner justifies the statements made by the producer on packing let's understand.
Let's begin as always with packing. Balm is produced in quite weighty jar, the volume of the whole 500 ml (if to be more precisely, then on packing weight - 500 g is specified, but I think, in this situation we can equate). Jar of dark brown color. Its surface opaque that allows not to slide to a jar even in wet hands. It is, of course, plus, considering that after washing of hair hand shampoo at all wet. The conditioner within two years is suitable. At least, looking at the sizes banks, apparently, that it is really necessary not less than two years that to use it. On the face besides an inscription about contents in the conditioner of a camomile, vanilla and a nettle we meet also their images. Especially I was amused by a vanilla photo. Here that is called who knows, that will understand. Silly florets against the background of some black sunflower seeds. Make they a photo a little more largely, vanilla sticks would be located entirely, and would look as sticks, but not as sunflower seeds. But, it is, of course, all details, in fact, which do not have to properties of the conditioner of any relation. On the back jars we meet the description of means, the instruction on its application and also structure.
Probably, It is necessary to tell a couple of words about the BelKosmex brand. There is it not so long ago – 20 years. The firm is engaged not only production of cosmetics for a body, the person and hair, but also its development. Has two own laboratories. In general, this brand positions itself as environmentally friendly cosmetics, raw materials at them only foreign – from Germany, Japan, the USA. And they in production do not use the Belarusian herbs infected with radiation. But, frankly speaking, how many I tried various means of this brand, and the feeling of naturalness at me never arose.
Now we will pass directly to the conditioner. By sight it pale yellow color. The consistence is rather dense, somewhere even pastelike. For me it is plus too, for example. I do not love when balm flows away through fingers still before I managed to apply it on hair. As for a smell then I felt the first great disappointment. The matter is that in the description it is so beautifully told about "the warm, sweet, attracting aroma of vanilla". But actually it is even close not that. When opening a jar the pungent smell of herbs, in particular camomiles, well hits into a nose and it is a little nettle. If there is also an aroma of vanilla, then it cannot be distinguished among stronger smells. This smell very well gets into hair, and is notable for all day. What, for example, well is absolutely unpleasant for me.
Now about use of the conditioner. It is necessary to tell that it is pleasant and easy to apply it on hair. It is perfectly distributed on hair and does not flow. It is good because according to the instruction it is necessary to take it on hair 2-3 minutes. When I began to wash away balm, felt the second big disappointment. It turned out that it is not so simple to make it. That is it is necessary to rinse hair time 100 that on them there was no feeling of presence of balm left. Yes not just presence, and some namazannost perhaps.
Well also we pass to the third great disappointment. It appears when you dry up hair. If it is good to wash away balm, then hair, of course, do not look weighted. But also live they do not look too. Any to you gloss and especially silkiness. My hair become some porous, stick out in different directions. If there are split ends, then this balm them definitely does not level. There is no general impression of an ukhozhennost perhaps. And at me, for example, head skin after use of this balm itches a little. Though I try directly to apply it to skin. And in pure form I have no allergy to a camomile or nettle.
Well and finally I want to tell that the structure does not cause respect too and is far from a concept of naturalness. Besides the stated extracts of a camomile, nettle and vanilla, there are only continuous parabens and chemical formulas. So, alas, probably, I will push this balm in a far corner of the bathroom, and let there waits for expiry date.
