Taylor Swift quietly goes with such hair, and nobody says to her that she is an old woman. Means – and at me it will turn out!
In general, I like very much an image of this girl. Most likely, she has a platinum blonde or the ashy blonde. But my decision quite spontaneous therefore I chose paint according to the picture on packing. Let's look whether this shade is true.
Such crazy thought to me came at once when I saw this shade on the shelf of shop. If I properly considered it, would begin to look for other paints, to read about trends and councils … Everything would remain without change. But this time pulse purchase has to help me: why to deliberate for weeks when it is possible to try for one evening!
So, this paint I will test, and this shade, it is called "smoky ashy", number 8.1.
Paint inexpensive therefore in packing there is neither tray, nor a brush but only here that:
Instruction, cream-paint, oxidizer and disposable gloves.
Surprised what is not present in balm packing, usually even in cheap paints it is put. But paint promises gloss and so. Interestingly, we will look.
The instruction was pleasant – simple and short. I do not love long texts – surely you will pass something. And here – everything is accurate, on steps.
Coloring
Process is familiar to all who dye house hair independently.At first it is necessary to mix oxidizer and paint in the nonmetallic vessel. These means smell of nothing. So great! The smell appears only on hair. And not such thermonuclear, as at the majority of paints which I used before. Even doubts arose: and it is in general paint?
Other surprise – white color of structure. Earlier either black, or blue sostavchik came across to me. They, of course, change color and it does not speak about anything. But all the same – something brand new!
Then to apply on hair, a lock behind a lock, from roots to tips on all length. This process not absolutely esthetic, it did not manage to be photographed. But I can note that paint turned out dense, does not flow. At hit on skin does not pinch. On hair gradually became brownish.
Afterwards – expectation. From 30 to 50 minutes depending on a shade and own hair color.
I waited most long – nearly 50 minutes, paint during this time already dried up even.
Washed away warm water.
Result
Here what I wanted to hide.
I fight against this gray-haired shred not the first year. Also I know capriciousness of the hair. This gray hair takes nothing. Only slightly tints. Therefore I do not wait for miracles. But it is just interesting to learn as far as I am right in the decision to try an ashy shade.
Such result:
The gray hair here, was a little leveled. It is pleasant. Though special gloss or bright fresh color did not leave. Probably, my hair after all are more dark, than it is necessary for this color, and paint without ammonia could not cope with them completely. Well, I resemble a little with such shade.
Pluses
I have no chemical education therefore it is difficult to me to estimate quality and need of all these clarifiers and oxides. Therefore seldom I watch composition of paints.But this time decided to find familiar words at least. And some finds were pleasant to me.
As a part of Oxidizer – the hydrogenated castor oil. In the list of ingredients of paint too something interesting. For example, several types of oils and extracts:
- linum usitatissimum seed oil, oil of seeds of a flax – excellent ingredient for hair!
- the hydrogenated castor oil,
- Rubus Idaeus (raspberry) Leaf Extract, extract of leaves of raspberry – a good source of vitamins and antioxidants,
- Fragaria Vesca (Strawberry) Fruit Extract, extract of fruits of strawberry – strengthens and nourishes hair and head skin,
- Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) Fruit Extract, extract of fruits of bilberry – a well of the antioxidants protecting cages from destruction
- Vaccinium Macrocarpon (Cranberry) Fruit Extract, extract of berries of a cranberry – one more vitamin and antioxidant treasure.
Generally, it is a quite good set of ingredients, agree! Paint without ammonia and with such amount of oils and extracts.
