I apply means before washing of the head (since morning). It needs to be taken on hair of only 5-10 minutes. So it is easily possible to put means, to make, for example, gymnastics for the person in front of the mirror and to wash away.
Who has fat roots, I would recommend not to rub means, and to distribute it on hair.
Then it is twice possible to wash out hair, once, nevertheless, is not enough up to the end to wash away oil from hair.
It is possible to do the procedure for a long time and every day, however I apply similar masks twice a week.
Hair well comb hair, shine, look quite healthy and well-groomed.
