My impressions.
To gain the best effect of use of oils, it is better to warm up a complex a little.
I got used to put masks on a face, or head skin, a brush. As you could notice, it is a brush for coloring of hair. Never it was used directly. After each mask I wash the tool with warm water with soap.
It is recommended to hold a complex of oils of 30-40 minutes, having put on a hat for a shower. I do not have the last therefore just went bare-headed.
The easy massing movements rubbed "3 in 1" in head skin and went about the own business. Through the specified time noticed that oils were almost absorbed.
The strengthening complex simply is washed away, one washing of shampoo suffices.

Head skin food – you know, I visually could not estimate this point in any way. Any new feelings on skin did not increase.
Strengthens roots – there is an effect, volosopad decreased.
Stimulates growth of hair – there lasted 8 capsules for a month, the effect was not shown. Probably, it will be possible to estimate in a month 3 constant applications.
With result it is happy, cost very pleasant. I will surely buy still a couple of packings if I find in shops. Very seldom the complex is on sale, it is a small shortcoming.
