I try to follow this scheme of application, but when there is no time, I apply shampoo only once. Fast I shake up magnificent foam, then carefully I wash away water. Though in the description it is specified that shampoo improves a type of the most weakened, dry, brittle and secheny hair, but also my curls, inclined to quite fast pollution, became much better to look. One more advantage of shampoo is that it perfectly washes away all masks, even with the high content of base oils. Two approaches are enough for me - and I feel that hair are washed perfectly out, at the same time there is no feeling of purity "to a scratch" as happens to sulphatic means.
Pharma Rhum shampoo actually universal: mine it suited hair remarkably. They do not become soiled ahead of time so the frequency of the procedure of washing did not change at all: I still wash a head of hear each three days, as before.
As for its strengthening properties then I cannot unambiguously confirm that good condition of my hair for today - completely a merit only Pharma Rhum shampoo.
