olive oil-1 of tablespoon,
castor oil-1 of tablespoon,
burdock oil-1 of tablespoon,
sunflower oil-1 of tablespoon,
linseed oil of-1 tablespoon.
honey liquid-1 tsp,
vitamin A liquid-5 thaw,
vitamin E liquid - 5 drops,
B6 and B12 vitamin liquid - 5 drops (serially)
yolk of 1 egg.

Personally I, take on one ampoule of each vitamin and I add in
