All very good day, girls!

So, that significant moment when I ripened to join marathons interesting to me came. And that all "krasivitsya" here, and I somehow by and by go...

Especially, me really is what to aspire in a question of the hair to though already and I do not consider that with them there are some serious problems...

However, the situation is so.

Here their appearance today - I show in two options: with flash (that at the left) and without (on the right).


And the ends are closer (to flash and too without).


Removed 5 cm of length under a blank look of the hairdresser few weeks ago... "You, speaks, recently already cut them?!" I say: "Well how to tell, recently - about two and a half months ago!" And it: "Well all the same I do not understand why it is so frequent?" And at the same time summed up: "Well a condition of hair quite good, here only split a little"...

To put it briefly, my purposes concerning a marathon:

1. To restore structure of hair from roots to tips.
2. Not to lose, and it is better to enhance gloss of curls
3. To reduce a hair loss to a minimum
4. To try not to break and not to cut under a caret some!

Now concerning the arsenal of means which is available for me.

An oily hair shampoo from DNC.


Here I will tell at once - throughout all marathon for washing of hair I will use only it!

Here bought such masochka (I will call them one concept) from the same DNC repeatedly several days ago, did not open even so far.


Two oils (both not begun). Just I want to apply it is direct just about.


That from DNC - on replacement Kayaputa, and burdock - it to a heap... I do not know whether it is useful, but we will look.

Mask and spray from KremDoma.


With pleasure I will apply, however, the mask already comes to an end.

The next masochka of Makaren from Organic Kitchen.


Too will end soon, but for the present is.

It is only remained with me at the moment, I quite often get them, especially if I go somewhere. And for home care. And still I will buy in addition in the course of a marathon.

Well on it I unless, still did not fry some fritter! I apply in the most different spheres so too I include in the list on care of hair. Especially, already ordered one more bottle in WB.

Antistatic for hair from DNC.


Bought for protection against "fluffiness" and the help when laying. Final did not draw conclusions, here yet and I will continue to test.

Of course, already become to darling, a hairbrush from "Tangle Teezer".

THE FIRST WEEK (01. 05. - 07:05.)

01.05. This morning I decided to wash the head as the 4th day from last washing already went.

Here for descriptive reasons a type of my hair "to". At the left with flash, and on the right - without.


I do not know whether it is noticeable on a photo, but to the touch it was already felt that hair not fresh, it is not so pleasant to touch them.

So, I applied on curls coconut oil from DNC, distributed it on all length by means of a hairbrush with big teeth and took the head of hear a hairpin - a crab. Held exactly one hour.


Then washed away by means of an oily hair shampoo, the same DNC. Waited a little that dried up, and applied on them a mask "Egg" from Fitocosmetic. Collected hair by a hairpin crab and waited for 5 more minutes.


Then washed away a mask water. Hair are soft, madly nice on the touch!

Long time I dried curls without use of the hair dryer. But now quite often began to use it as bothered that they is frequent, drying, stick out "at random". And today I resorted to the help of the equipment again.

And even after drying by the hair dryer hair very "fluffy", in my opinion.


Therefore I applied on them antistatic for hair from DNC and leveled locks the iron a little. However, when curls were already almost direct, I decided to apply also spray from KremDoma which is designed to protect curls and to help with laying.

Here what managed to achieve as a result (with flash and without).


I am happy! They are soft, fragrant and gladenky! By the way, easily comb hair. Moreover also shine!

The only minus - after all I "untimely lost a part of curls"... Well we will look further.

05.05. This morning I decided that my hair are obviously rather dirty and time to wash the head came.


Applied on curls again coconut oil from DNC and waited for hour until it well impregnates and will nourish head skin and a head of hear.


After - washed the head by means of DNC shampoo. After a while, put the Makarena mask gloss from Organic kitchen (did not take a picture, however, of herself with a masochka), took 5 minutes and washed away water.

As in plans at me was "to get on in the world", it was necessary to use both the hair dryer and the iron again. When laying used spray from KremDoma.

And here result.


RESULTS OF THE FIRST WEEK.

Week for my hair was really "coconut"! Ooh, they were sated with masliyets! Also look quite happy though... in general especially nothing changed. Continue to drop out so far, though it is difficult to estimate, how intensively. It seems, it is sensitive less, judging by a carpet!

The appearance of my hair very suits me, it is a pleasure to touch them!

Generally, we continue to move in the chosen direction...

THE SECOND WEEK (08.05. - 14:05.)

08.05. In anticipation of May 9 I decided to wash the head already tonight tomorrow not to spend on it time.

For a start applied on even dirty curls cosmetic oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC, distributed on them, collected krabiky and took within 20 minutes.


Then washed away oil shampoo for an oily hair of DNC.

Having slightly dried, made a mask of the Crimean ubtan with effect of lamination.


As I have no polyethylene hat, it was necessary to roll up the head food wrap.


From above wrapped up all with a towel.


Held 15 minutes.

Washed away water. Oooochen carefully washed away!

Well and as business was late at night, I had to dry a head of hear the hair dryer again, and then to straighten the iron next day not to think any more that hair stick out in different directions.


Here somehow so.

12.05. I decided today that it would be time to wash the head also.

Business was in the evening.

I applied oil on hair for improvement of structure of hair from DNC, collected curls by a crab and stayed so 30 minutes. Well it is more not less.


Then washed away an oily hair shampoo from the same DNC.

Having waited when the head of hear slightly dries up, applied on hair the Krapivnuyu mask from "Fitocosmetic". Also marked 10 minutes.



Then washed away it water.

When hair dried up a little, distributed on them "Silk for hair" from DNC.


Spent the whole bag for the head of hear. Then dried up hair the hair dryer. Also extended them the iron.

Here what turned out as a result.


RESULTS OF THE SECOND WEEK.

With hair it is happy. They became softer, drop out less and look quite healthy. However, as they say, there is no limit to perfection! Therefore I continue leaving!

THE THIRD WEEK (15.05. - 21:05.)

16.05. There now and again time to wash the head came.

As I began "to butter up" some time ago the hair oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC, I continue to do it further.

Applied it on hair, collected by a hairpin.


And then on the advice of Nastya (owlways) rolled up a head of hear food wrap and covered with a towel.


Held 30 minutes. Then washed away an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

After that waited when my curls a little dry up and applied on them a mask "Onions" from "Fitocosmetic".



Waited for 5 minutes. Then washed away water.

As recently washing of the head of me falls on late evening, I dried hair the hair dryer, well and about the iron did not forget.

The result in principle pleased me.


21.05. And again in the evening I decided to wash the head.

Began with drawing from food of curls with oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC again. Collected krabiky, then in food wrap wrapped up, wrapped up with a towel and began "to idle" to wait 30 minutes.


Washed away, as usual, an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

When hair dried up a little, distributed on them a masochka "Kefiric" from "Fitocosmetic".


10 minutes later washed away water.

Not to sleep with the wet head, I armed with the hair dryer and dried up curls, previously having applied on them spray from KremDoma.

Also straightened the iron.

There now and all.


RESULTS OF THE THIRD WEEK.

In comparison with the last week, I did not notice special changes. Hair all same soft, nice on the touch. Drop out, but not so that it is strong. But there is a wish that they in general "did not leave my head". So I will try further.

THE FOURTH WEEK (22.05. - 28.05.)

25.05. Now I washed the head.

Began all procedure, already by tradition, with drawing on oil hair for improvement of structure of hair from DNC. Distributed it on curls, rubbed in roots, collected. Rolled up the head food wrap.


Also put on a hat. It is a novinochka in my collection, bought especially for such procedures, well and for a shower.


Hour of later, washed up the head an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

When hair it is sensitive dried up, put a mask "Egg" from "Fitocosmetic". Distributed it well on curls, collected their krabiky.


Having waited for 10 minutes, washed away water.

Then, dried the hair dryer, previously having used spray from KremDoma. I can already tell that I adore its aroma!

Well and having extended locks the iron, it ran to be photographed until the husband settled yet to sleep.

Here what turned out.


28.05.

Today, having returned from giving, I, of course, began to put the head of hear in order.

In general anything special - everything, as well as the last several times.

For a start applied on hair oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC. Collected curls by a hairpin, rolled up food wrap and put on a hat.


30 minutes of later, washed away oil from hair by means of an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

When curls it is sensitive dried up, distributed on them a masochka of "Krapivnuyu" from "Fitocosmetic".


In 5 minutes washed away it water.

Dried hair the hair dryer, previously having sprayed on them spray from KremDoma.

This time did not use the iron as next few days I do not plan to leave the house - burned trifle whether you know.

And here what turned out.


RESULTS OF THE FOURTH WEEK AND MONTH IN GENERAL.

My hair look good quite. Though it would be desirable that grew a little quicker. And that since the beginning of a marathon they became only 7 mm longer.

Drop out already less, but nevertheless drop out - it trifle grieves. However, I will continue leaving. You look, something will change.

I can already tell that oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC was to the taste to my hair. About masks from "Fitocosmetic" it is possible and not to speak - they adore them! And spray from KremDoma now my irreplaceable assistant during drying of hair the hair dryer, it provides to curls appropriate protection and gives astounding aroma!

Here with such results and emotions I approached "equator" of "Summer quest"!

THE FIFTH WEEK (29.05. - 04:06.)

02.06. Today washed the head in the afternoon. Took a picture of all process independently so in advance I apologize - it was necessary to try!

The beginnings, as well as the last several times, from drawing on the oil head for improvement of structure of hair from DNC. Then collected hair, wrapped up with a film and put on a hat. In total kept so one hour.


After that washed the head an oily hair shampoo from DNC. And as soon as hair dried up is sensitive, distributed on them a mask "Barmy" from "Fitocosmetic".


In 5 minutes washed away it water.

This time I did not use the hair dryer for drying of hair. They dried.

After that, applied on a head of hear spray from KremDoma and extended the iron.

There now somehow so.


04.06. Was not going to wash the head now at all, did all this only two days ago, but as the Trinity - we went by the cemetery, decided to refresh a head of hear nevertheless.

However, was tired therefore just washed hair an oily hair shampoo from DNC, allowed them to dry independently and all.

RESULTS OF THE FIFTH WEEK.

In general, all without changes. Hair are soft while drop out a little. Gloss remains that very much pleases me.

THE SIXTH WEEK (05.06. - 11:06.)

10.06. Perhaps, I will strongly surprise someone, but I did not wash the head 5 days! Not because laziness was but because it was not real need! And only today it appeared!

All procedure was the same, as several previous times.

I applied on hair oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC (and now it ended). Collected curls krabiky, wrapped up all this business by food wrap and put on a hat.


Kept so 2 hours as was fond of chores.

Washed away an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

Having waited when hair dry up, applied on them a mask "Kefiric" from "Fitocosmetic".


In 5 minutes washed away water. Dried up the hair dryer and extended the iron a little, previously having processed a head of hear spray from KremDoma.

Here what turned out.


One minus - probably, I nevertheless overdid oil as hair turned out not such friable, as usual. Slightly heavier. And for the rest everything is quite good.

RESULTS OF THE SIXTH WEEK.

In total without special changes.

THE SEVENTH WEEK (12.06. - 18:06.)

14.06. Time of the next washing of the head came.

As former to a maslitsa at me ended, I decided to pass to another - refined oil "Revival of Hair" from "DNC".


Opened one bag, applied means on hair, collected them, wrapped up with a film and put on a hat.


In half an hour washed away oil an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

And when hair dried up a little, put a mask "Barmy" from "Fitocosmetic".

Brought together them.


In 5 minutes washed away means water.

Dried hair the hair dryer, previously having sprayed on them a little spray from KremDoma.

The iron it is sensitive smoothed. And all.

18.06. Today I directly since morning was engaged in washing of the head.

Opened the second bag sachet of Revival of Hair oil from "DNC". Distributed it on hair, collected them in a bunch and, having wrapped up them with food wrap, put on a hat the head.


In 30 minutes carefully washed up hair an oily hair shampoo from DNC.

In 25 minutes after that applied on moist curls a mask "Burdock" from "Fitocosmetic".


Left for 5 minutes and then washed away water.

Gave to hair the chance almost completely to dry independently. Already at the end it is sensitive dried the hair dryer.

Processed a head of hear spray from KremDoma and extended hair the iron.

It turned out not bad!


RESULTS OF THE SEVENTH WEEK.

For this week I managed to draw a conclusion that Revival of Hair oil from "DNC" not especially suits me, probably. Hair it is sensitive are rather heavy after it. Oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC of such effect did not give, than very much it was pleasant to me!

But after all I am happy with the hair, except for that all of them continue to drop out gradually...

THE EIGHTH WEEK (19.06. - 25.06.)

21.06. And again time to wash the head came. Especially, before a trip to a holiday!

As Revival of Hair oil from "DNC" I was not especially satisfied, decided to apply on hair a mask for deep restoration from "DNC" today.


Collected curls by a crab. Held slightly longer than put - 30 minutes.


Then washed away means an oily hair shampoo from DNC. When washed away, felt that curls as if are hardish.

It is sensitive waited when hair a little dry up then applied on them the Krapivnuyu mask from "Fitocosmetic".


Washed away it water in 5 minutes. And curls became soft again.

Dried a head of hear the hair dryer, previously having sprayed on hair spray from KremDoma. Well and on a habit completed all this business by the iron.

There now and result.

RESULTS OF THE EIGHTH WEEK AND MARATHON IN GENERAL.

As already tomorrow early in the morning we with the husband depart to a holiday, the results I sum up today. On vacation I will hardly carry out any procedures with the hair - let and they will have a rest!

So, what I could achieve during a marathon "Summer quest"?

In general, two and a half of four objectives worked well for me! Namely:

1. The structure of my hair became much better, is not absolutely perfect though yet.
2. Considerably gloss of curls amplified that it is quite difficult not to notice.
3. Hair drop out much less, though I will not tell that their loss was succeeded to reduce is direct to a minimum... But everything is learned in comparison? And in comparison with what was two months ago it is much better now!


In 8 weeks hair grew on 1.1 cm. On me, it is so normal - I am not Rapunzel!

From means which were used by me I very much liked coconut oil from DNC, oil for improvement of structure of hair from DNC, masochka from "Fitocosmetic" (one and all), spray from KremDoma. These are my favourites!

Revival of Hair oil from "DNC" was not pleasant, it makes heavier my hair.

Did not decide on the relation to the Crimean ubtan yet... It will be necessary to test still it in operation.

And so has to notice that hair soft, very nice on the touch!


So in general I am quite happy with those results which I managed to reach by results of a marathon! Itself I do not know, would begin to approach so responsibly care of curls if not need to report weekly or not - and here it is direct every week tried, looked after. Even by itself I am proud! (Modest I, huh?)
