I together with all want to join a hair marathon! Especially as ahead fall it is also necessary to be fully equipped

And it is a little about the hair. Hair at me the average length (I so think) and curl. Tips secheny (but I gradually get rid of them). Periodically I paint the head of hear. Very seldom I use curling irons and sometimes the hair dryer.

And my purposes.

1. I continue to struggle with a hair loss. With it I will be helped by the following means.
The first means - a mask from loss from Krem-Krasoty. Red pepper from DNC and Active repeyno-peppery oil. All this is kind more for head skin.

2. Giving to hair of smoothness and gloss, sometimes there is a wish also a straight hair.
Two masks from Green Pharma and Revlon Flex. And a nesmyvashka from Compliment.

3. Restoration of a head of hear and stimulation of growth. All the time I grow hair, but constantly stir the secheny ends which constantly should be cut. And restoration is necessary as the hair painted.

Remarkable oil bodies for restoration of my volosik. And for growth I have a yeast from favourite DNC and a cool mask from Fitokosmetik.

And still I will show with what I use means at present.
Shampoo and balm from Green Pharma. And still cool means from Cream beauty. I do them a srub for head skin, and then I apply masks.

Besides all this, I drink linseed oil in which there are a lot of useful fatty acids!

The report for 21.08-27.08 (1 week)

I am adjusted on a long course on care of hair.
For me after all a main goal is to stop (at least a little) a hair loss. I am sometimes terrified when after combing I look a hair which remains on a hairbrush at the bunches. I will surely try to restore hair, coloring by paint spoils them. But at least, I use professional paints which practically do not contain ammonia, besides I paint at the professional.

I began with this means because the expiration date will expire soon, and there is a wish to manage to dopolzovatsya by it and the effect very good gives. I apply its two once a week. Besides a mask I use almost every day if I do not forget, indelible spray from Compliment, and especially if the land hair the hair dryer!
I will not show hair every week as I do not see sense. so quickly I will not stop loss and structure it is necessary to restore a lot of vrememena.


The report for 28.08-03.09 (the 2nd week)

There are no changes any, and I continue to use further a mask from "Cream beauty". Only now before it I do a peeling of head skin that the structure of a mask could work as it is possible better. I do scrubbing by means of a srub mask for a body which can be applied also to head skin. Under the end of the week began to notice that work with a peeling of a mask better.

The report for 04.09-10.09 (the 3rd week)

Decided to be engaged this week in oil masks. For a long time I use a repeyno-peppery mask. Tried different brands, all are in own way good. I have now here such oil.

Applied oil in roots of hair and on all length. From above put on a hat, warmed and hour I am engaged in affairs. Later I wash away shampoo and plus balm. Hair well just charm. For all week of the whole three times did masks with this oil. It is a pity that it will reach a limit soon, but at me there is a lot more everything that needs to be used.

The report for 11.09-17.09 (the 4th week)

This week I finished a mask against a hair loss from Cream beauty. Managed to make its two times. And still I got several new means. Here such oil for tips of hair from the Organic Kitchen series from Organic shop. Means does not contain parabens and SLS. It smells just remarkably. In general the Organic Kitchen series to me was very much fallen in love.
I use oil on damp and dry tips. I gather a little means in hands, I pound in palms and on volosik. Oil very quickly thaws in palms. With it my tips of hair look more well-groomed.
Many love cosmetics with addition of a coco in any its manifestations, and I am included into this number of fans. I did not refrain from acquisition MEGA of the moistening coconut bio mask for hair. Next week I will try and I will tell about the impressions. But it smells simply
My "nesmyvashka" from Compliment comes to an end. So now I look for it replacement. And mine will end shampoo and balm from Green Pharma still soon. Come to an end trying quickly as "poured out" a little to the sister!

The report for 18.09-24.09 (the 5th week)

Began this week with the fact that went to hairdressing salon and cut a few tips (absolutely slightly).

Such means I was satisfied. That's it here I used such three means from SKINLITE, and there was one means which I tried in August. Hands itched to try a coconut mask which I bought last week, but it is too much everything to apply, too it is bad therefore I leave the next week!
Here noticed that when I do not pass a mask and I do other useful procedures, hair become really much better!



The report for 25.09-01.10 (the 6th week)
This week at me began with use of Red pepper from DNC. Generally did masks which are directed to that hair dropped out less. And still got from the stocks "nesmyvashka" from Compliment from a Burdock series which pleased me. I use it every other day as I do not want "to tear" hair and head skin. Mine shampoo with balm ended and I began to use the wonderful duet from SPLAT from a line of HEYA hair preparations! Recently almost I do not use the hair dryer as I wash hair in the evening and in a night they dry in the natural way!

The report for 02.10-08.10 (the 7th week)
This week began with a mask for hair with a keratin from Green Pharma. It madly is pleasant to me. If I use it, then I do not use any conditioners and balms. Even after small shortening of hair, the head of hear considerably grew. I see it also on the grown roots. While I do not plan to dye hair, decided to make it before New year and found a new image for itself. I will show it and to you!

The report for 09.10-15.10 (the 8th week)
This week there were many cases and I absolutely grew lazy. Only two times in a week made buttered masks which not for long held. One with argon oil, another (it at me also reached a limit) burdock. But also did not forget to use spray burdock against loss. And other did not use hair dryers. Still I forget to tell that for tips of hair I continue to use oil from Organic Shop.


The report for 16.10-22.10 (the 9th week)
Not so long ago I said that "coconut" bought the Moistening bio mask for hair and promised to tell about it. I properly used it and I can tell that its moistening properties will be rather weak for my hair. Used it after mtya the heads with shampoo, held minutes 10. During this time the mask was almost completely absorbed in hair. But unfortunately it was a little for my hair. After it the head of hear for some reason does not become softer and it becomes difficult to comb, but gloss beautiful appears. Here such.

Besides a coconut mask, there was in leaving an oil for tips. About spray I somehow also forgot to use this week. And still forgot to tell that after standard washing of hair (shampoo + balm) used Silk from DNC. Good thing. With it hair soft, easily comb hair and gain beautiful gloss!

MARATHON RESULTS

Even it is not believed that flew by the whole 9 weeks of our remarkable marathon on care of hair! Also came it is time to sum up the result. It at me more than positive.

First, it was succeeded to reduce loss while now there is active avitaminosis. With it I was helped by many different means, but more want to allocate Red pepper from DNC and Musk against loss from Krem-Krasoty. They coped with the task better than the others!

Secondly, my curls became more smooth and brilliant, but they will tell such at once not always as I have wavy hair. With it I am just fine helped by a keratin mask from GREEN PHARMA. Became my darling!

And thirdly, the structure of hair became much better than was. Of course is what to aspire to. These objectives are achieved half!
My objectives practically all are achieved!
