I welcome all Charmelek in the next marathon!

Care of hair at me regular, - constantly I use masks, balms, natural oils... however, some problems nevertheless are available.

Here so hair look today:

In principle, I am happy with length and growth. Therefore I will work on quality of hair.

So, the purposes will be the following:
- To reduce loss;
- To get rid of dandruff;
- To humidify tips;
- To add gloss;

Arsenal of means
I will not show all the stocks, I will show only what I use now and what I plan to use within a marathon.

Shampoos:
Both are firm. What green, it from Savonry. Initially it looked so:

I use it the 4th (!) month, and logically it will come to an end soon.
What red, it from the Federal Law Bizoryuk. Washed the head with it all few times, impressions meanwhile are not enough.

Balms:

And still I want to discover at last the Live shampoo and the conditioner from Japonica received for a marathon Summer quest).

The first week
01:10 - pon
Applied on roots and on tips shea butter.

In 40 minutes washed away shampoo from Savonry. For 3 minutes put the Herbalife conditioner, carefully washed away.
On roots sprinkled a little hydrolat, made radical massage.

Hair always the land without hair dryer, and this time it turned out that they dried.

02:10 - W
At length sprinkled a little a termozashchitka from Evinal

06:10 - sub
I begin to do a mustard mask from DNTs. I remember, earlier mustard well helped to grow hair, but it is necessary for me that it helped me to get rid of loss. Generally we will look what will turn out

Parted the whole bag with hot water to consistence of dense sour cream, cooled and applied on roots. That it was not boring for other hair, put cocoa butter on length.

Went so hour. Burned down nothing, and evenly and pleasantly warmed up. Washed away 2 times shampoo from Savonry, then put a little kondik Herbalife. Everything was washed away without problems

When hair dried a little, sprinkled a little hydrolat on roots. At length sprinkled a little serum from the Compliment. Dried without hair dryer

Following the results of a week, hair pleasant, soft, but any cardinal changes I do not see. And early still. Therefore I continue to look after a head of hear actively.

The second week
The following washing of hair took place on Thursday, October 11.10. Earlier in it just there was no need.

2 times washed out TSh head from Bizoryuk, then used a salt peeling. For this purpose took a tablespoon of usual salt, dripped oils of grape seeds and stirred to uniform consistence. Massaged the head the received mix, rinsed with water.
Then applied on length a masochka from Fitokosmetik. Smeared all 30 grams, it with interest was enough for length and a little bit for roots. Washed away in 10 minutes.
Dried hair the hair dryer. Did not use any nesmyvashka.

12:10 - Friday
I have a replenishment in an arsenal, a mask for deep restoration from favourite DNTs

14:10 - voskr
Decided to wash the head today.
Discovered the Japanese shampoo and kondik, live which
Packing is such cool and, above all that it allows to keep the value of components
Generally washed 2 times the head with shampoo, put kondik.
Then used these nesmyvashka:
Dried without hair dryer. I will add a photo a bit later.

Condition of hair at the end of the second week:

I want to straighten tips. I think next week it will turn out.

The third week
On Tuesday 16.10 and Thursday 18.10 puffed hydrolat roots. It already comes to an end, I think I will finish the remains soon.

On Friday, 19.10 tested deeply restoring mask from DNTs. Applied it on damp roots and hair on all length, in 20 minutes washed away shampoo from Yaponiki. Well to what it cool smells of an acacia + honey, is direct I go bananas from it
In principle, it was possible to soap once, but I in the old manner washed out twice
Then put kondik from the same series, washed away everything.
Put a bag of filler which by the way was penultimate

Feelings after all procedures cool - hair soft, nice on the touch, they as though became more

21:10 in revival straightened tips. Hair at once it is easier for steel to comb hair))

Still sprinkled a little serum of Green Pharma.
Here and so there passed one more week of a marathon

The fourth week
On Monday 22.10 parted the second bag of mustard from DNC, smeared on roots. Indulged length with cocoa butter, very much it well influences a condition of hair.
Quietly passed 40 minutes, pleasant heat was felt. Washed away shampoo from Yaponiki, then applied balm from the Compliment, washed away in a couple of minutes.

From not washouts used serum from the Compliment and hydrolat. The result was pleasant to me, hair gladenky, soft and friable
And still dandruff disappeared

On Wednesday, 24.10 sprinkled a little serum of Green Pharma

On Friday, 26.10 arranged to SPA procedure hair
Applied on moist hair and roots a mask for a deep hair reconstruction. In 20 minutes washed away shampoo from Yaponiki, as usual 2 times.
Then namazyukat the mask remains from Savonry. Oh and odorous feature!
In 15 minutes washed away warm water.
From nesmyvashka used hydrolat on roots and on all length, thereby having finished it

Very much the condition of hair was pleasant - they became not only super clean, but also incredibly volume! It is sure that it in I feast turn, effect of deeply restoring mask of DNTs

Week the Fifth, that is finishing
On Monday, 29.10 sprinkled a little serum from the Compliment.

In environment 31.10, got from granaries a bag of green clay from DNC, parted according to the instruction + added oil of grape seeds.

Smeared ONLY on roots of hair, well and to a face got)))
In about 25 minutes washed hair with shampoo from Yaponiki, 2 times.

And already at this stage it was possible to stop, but I decided to indulge hair also ubtany
Besides there on once remained it, here and finished just

Parted, as well as follows boiled water, cooled and applied already on all length.

In 15 minutes washed away with balm from the Compliment.

Did not put any nesmyvashka, the hair dryer did not dry.

And the result pleased is unreal - hair became unusually soft as if cashmere
Such I did not see them for a long time! So definitely I recommend such procedure to all

An oily hair shampoo and serum against loss from Jurassic spa.

As on Saturday we with the husband are invited to a wedding sit-round gathering, decided to be prepared in advance.
On Friday, 2.11 applied sea-buckthorn oil on roots and length of hair.

In about 2 hours washed away new shampoo from Dzhurassik spa. After the first soaping foam was bright orange color, and from the second usual, white.

Then applied on roots new serum against loss, at length the conditioner from Herbalife. Held 15 minutes, in passing taking a bath. Then washed away water.

When hair dried up put the last bag of filler. Dried without hair dryer.
Decided to wind hair on hair curlers. They well wind, and hair do not burn, unlike curling irons and irons

Here so the last week of our remarkable marathon flew by

Here also our remarkable autumn marathon on care of hair approached at the end. It is time to sum up the results.
First of all we will remember the planned purposes:

- To reduce loss;
- To get rid of dandruff;
- To humidify tips;
- To add gloss;

1. To reduce loss completely at me it did not turn out. Hair still drop out though it is much less, than was earlier. But nevertheless I consider this point executed not up to the end.
2. And here already the result is better - there is no dandruff at all.
3. In this marathon it was succeeded to straighten tips + I constantly fed and humidified them with any masks and nesmyvashka. They easily comb hair, to the touch not dry and in general look better. Therefore I consider this point successful.
4. I think gloss became more, not as in advertizing of course, but nevertheless. So yes, the hair shine was added.

Now as for means - favourites and failures. I am glad to report that failure means at me did not appear. All used means proved to be from the good party, but I can call special favourites:
- Shampoo and the conditioner from Japonica.
- TSh from Savonry.
- Balm from Compliment.
- All products from DNC: a mask for a deep hair reconstruction, mustard, sea-buckthorn oil, indelible filler.
- Shea butter and cocoa from the Federal Law Bizoryuk.
- Crimean ubtan.

Still up to the end did not try out shampoo and serum from Jurassic Spa, but I will surely continue to do it and after a marathon

In my opinion, hair at the end of a marathon look better, than in the beginning. So the marathon passed not for nothing!
