I want to participate in a marathon on strengthening of hair too.

I will tell the story.
For the time being my hair were in a pekrasny state, but my search of ideally red hair color pushed me on experiments, sometimes I dyed hair on 3 times during a week.
But now it in the past, I found the ideal paint about which already wrote earlier.
And now business in small - to return to hair a former, healthy look.

We have the dry lifeless ends, porous hair which after numerous paints and osvetleniye any more are not taken by any paint.
Excessive fluffiness and lack of healthy gloss (even after painting).
And the main problem - the HAIR LOSS.
They climb mercilessly, at the same time break.

But, not everything is so bad, and in everything it is necessary to look for pluses, and they are too.

At roots hair smooth, live. Tips do not split.

What I want to achieve by the end of a marathon:

1. To return healthy gloss.
2. To revitalize hair at tips.
3. To remove fluffiness.
4. To stop loss.

That I will use:

I plan to wash the head every other day (in a different way in any way) with shampoos from loss. Head&Sholders in this plan not bad works, it is only difficult to find it...
Garnier lately too pleases me.
And oils from DNC never before brought me.

The mask from loss is a novinochka for me, I will actively test it.
And one more find - means 12 in 1yu advised my master. Does hair madly smooth... has a pleasant smell, the quite good piece protects from external influences, generally.

In plans for October 5: a hairstyle, I will cut off dead length, I will actively give hair an order. A mask every other day, oils 2 times a week.

1 week
Throughout a marathon twice a week I planned to do masks for hair. On October 2 made one of masochek. Remained lost in admiration.

I plan it to do on Mondays and Thursdays (2 times a week).
I wash away a mask shampoo from loss from Head&Sholders, later I apply serum.

In the evenings every other day I feed tips of hair with light oil from DNC.
As tips at me suffer more other length.

Also I continue to wait for the master from a holiday to cut off superfluous from the head... there will be photos soon.


2 week went
The second week of a marathon went. I in grief. My hairstyle otkladyatsya, my master did not return from a holiday, will arrive even the 19th so I am the acquired horror...
But so far I work with what is.
I do masochka with DNC.
And twice a week I moisten hair with light oil (from DNC again).
I put it from the middle of hair, I distribute on tips. It is important to me to bring them into a normal look, at the same time that head skin did not zhirnitsya. In general I successfully cope with it.

By the way, added to the arsenal dry oil from Dove.

It is the next nesmyvashka, I put it after washing of the head, alternating to others.
Hair are well-groomed, silky. This dry oil, does not zhirnit absolutely.

3 week

There passed the 3rd week of a marathon. Pleasantly, but I see the first results. Hair ceased to be fluffy, look healthier. And, the most important, they began to drop out less.

I bought vitamins. So business has to go absolutely uphill!

And on days off bought two buckets: shampoo and mask. With argon oil for professional leaving.

Shampoo without sls and parabens.
It very gently cleans. Hair do not gryaznitsya at all.
Masochka too worthy, does not zhirnit and does not make heavier, hair silk! I am excited!!!

The same producer, but from other series got to a maslitsa for tips, it is my most sore subject (dry tips).
To Maslitsa coconut, smells looney.
Very much humidifies, but does not stick together. And the smell pleasant, not persuasive, keeps long.

The 4 and 5 weeks

I, at last, have hair cut!

Happy as elephant!
It became simpler to look after the mane. It was added volume.
By the way, a month later, I can tell that hair ceased to drop out. I drink vitamins, I do masochka. The condition of hair is much better, than was to a marathon.

The problem of fluffiness and sukhikha of tips, alas, did not get to anywhere...

RESULTS

On a result we have:
- loss stopped. It is plus.
- the fluffiness remained. It is minus.
- sheared the dry and burned-down length. It is plus.
- hair do not hold a form. It is minus.

I can tell that not so everything is bad. I will indulge further hair masks. Also I will try to be painted less often.
Today I am happy with a condition of hair.
