Last time I told you about the hair more than a year ago. During this time a lot of things it was tried, something changed in leaving and my attitude towards him, but I will tell about everything one after another.
From global changes - I ceased to wash the head every day therefore now my reports will appear more rare, but in detail I will try to paint everything)
About how I managed to reduce washing frequency, I will tell in process)

Actually, today I am happy with a condition of the hair. I ceased to pursue each centimeter, threw a calendar card-zapominarik, forgot that I such oil and do not adhere to a certain scheme.
But this stage of a marathon I want to devote an otrashchivaniya of hair. I will look what I will be able to make in a month.
Also, noticed that on a hairbrush there is many hair. It is too much for me. But I do not know that I at the moment can make with loss therefore I will not be engaged in the solution of this problem.
Well and, I want to continue that leaving which is already available for me, having only added more masks and procedures

I do not understand yet, than I will use and that is required to me for these 5 weeks therefore collected in a heap everything (well or almost), and on the course I will already build the action plan)

1. Shampoos. I will use all. Generally white from Estelle. Few times for a marathon I use black from Kapus, and green from the Concept as necessary.

2. Balms and masks. Sometimes I wash just with shampoo and I do not use anything any more, but when hair demand, I choose something from this. Violet from the Concept - ottenochny, I use every other time.
Means from Matriks it both not kond, and not balm, and not a mask. I do not know how it is correct to call this means, but it is used from above on the conditioner. I use solo, effect excellent. I will tell about it then separately.

3. Nesmyvashki. I use after each washing. I will also tell about an order of their drawing separately. Evinal on roots, in general he from loss, but I do not understand as far as helps. Spray from Kapus moistening. And violet 12 in 1 I use white cream from the Concept serially. few weeks one, few weeks another.

4.11. Besides found evening for hair, made everything, as usual, but for the first time for long time did not begin to do a corrugation, only at roots slightly walked.

6.11. in the morning hair still looked tolerably, surprisingly, therefore decided to leave as is, having only a little powdered with "dry shampoo"

RESULTS.
Unfortunately, because of the laziness and some events which took place during a marathon I very strongly shirked reports and many procedures which were according to the plan. Also did not use many means which gathered.
Therefore the result remained the same, as for the beginning of a marathon.
The only thing, thrust in the leaving several masks from Yeast and even once Coal that at the moment is for me progress
