Mask on New Zealand from a kiwi of fruit and other morning delights of care of face skin.

Periodically I am attacked by attacks of inexplicable laziness in care of face skin.

I cease to use any creams, I reduce foundation use to a minimum, and I leave only daily face exercises (I carry out them in soul), these, watch video:



And today broke through... More precisely, so the person wanted to be indulged with something!

After this video thought: if I live in this country, so why don't I try local natural products for care of skin.

Kiwis in this country call three "things":
- bird of a kiwi

- kiwi fruit

- citizens of New Zealand

it is life-threatening or at least for health, and here from New Zealand "gooseberry" as here still call a kiwi fruit, quite it is even useful!


Double advantage:
1) ate pulp - received inside:

It also reduces risk of developing of cardiovascular and oncological diseases, improves digestion and influences process of a metabolism, in particular normalizes proteinaceous exchange, in a human body. The kiwi is useful as end of a dense lunch or dinner as helps to get rid of heavy feeling in a stomach, reduces the probability of appearance of heartburn and an eructation.
Besides, the minerals which are contained in a kiwi interfere with development of a hypertension, heart failure, strengthen walls of vessels and capillaries, reducing thereby risk of emergence in them of atherosclerosis and thrombosis.
Experts recommend to include several fruits of a kiwi in a daily food allowance for disposal of stresses, long depressions and for regulation of stability of nervous system at excessive overloads. The kiwi is even advised to use to athletes as a natural stimulator and reducer of energy after physical activities

2) put a kiwi skin to face skin - refreshed it and saturated:

The kiwi can be useful not only as food product, but also as effective cosmetic. You do not hurry to throw out a peel of the cleaned kiwi, make of it a face pack or just wipe a face, a neck and a zone of a decollete with its internal part. It is proved that juice of a kiwi tones up, tightens and rejuvenates skin. You can mix a kiwi with low-fat yogurt (for normal skin), honey (for the withering skin) or cottage cheese (for the skin needing additional moistening) and also to put the received mix on a face for some time. After surely grease skin with the soft moisturizing cream.

And here I lie here such all beautiful, and I write this article.


Electricity on our street was disconnected in the morning (trees cut), and I have time for a mask and creativity.
Held a mask from a peel of a kiwi on a face of 40 minutes, a strip from black points - 10 minutes.
And still I saw now that my eyes now colors of fruit of a kiwi.

When removed everything from a face - felt freshness and joy. I do not see black points on a nose, however, I and to a strip did not see them. A time is, of course, but not black.
