For hands I use its once for the night. Several drops are enough that hands were completely under this means. In case of strong dryness in addition I use cotton gloves. I put on them after cream and I go to bed. In the morning of the handle as if not mine. Skin gentle, is nice on the touch, slightly tightened and a trace from irritations and dryness.
