So I received an apricot gommage which I wanted to try long ago. Powder of apricot stones, camomile water, such pleasant warm tube on color … I hope, he will be able to create a miracle with my person!
The aroma was pleasant – sweetish, gentle and, of course, apricot. But here means raised questions: parts for scrubbing of skin were very large – on powder not probably. I am not a lover of the rigid srubs which are scratching the person and leaving behind redness therefore began to worry a little. Besides, I was a little surprised by existence of so large particles – after all in a gommage they have to be absolutely small, and it is not necessary to massage a face (the correct gommage contains fruit acids which remove in the chemical way the horny cages, and then it needs just to be rolled from a face). With srubs another matter – they are applied most often to moist skin, massage a face, and then washed away water. I.e. on all signs in my hands there is a srub, but not a gommage!
The view of packing where "Apricot Fruity Scrub" is in English written finished my doubts and reflections. Why then Russian translation says that it is a gommage? It remained for me a secret. But anyway, I remained is not offended: the srub quite gentle (despite existence of rough particles), did not scratch skin, did not cause reddening, black points brightened a little (to completely remove them, I think, no means can do – mechanical was and remains the most effective way). The only thing that was not pleasant to me, so is that skin after an apricot srub remained a little strapped and dry. Near at hand it was gentle, but the mimicry let know that skin in an unnatural state. At once applied cream – and unpleasant feelings were gone without trace.
By the way, discussed this srub later with the acquaintance who, to my astonishment, uses it as a skin for washing – every morning! And as soon as her skin is not overdried from such "pressure"?! For me once a week – an optimal variant though the producer also specifies that it is possible to use it 1-2 times a week.
Results
The srub was pleasant to me. In it, except badly opening cover, I did not find minuses. Quite such normal cleaning skrabik. But for such money?! In my opinion, the price of it is unreasonably overstated! I could understand (and respectively to continue by it to use) if it cost 100-150 rubles for a tube of 50 ml, but to give for it more than five hundred, and that it not to call an expense very small (I would tell – it average) – it is higher than my moral forces and financial opportunities. Means with the same effect can be found among products of much more budgetary brands that I also will make in the nearest future.
