The choice was 100% correct. For several sessions I lost at least 7 centimeters in waist measurement, and, above all - skin kept the elasticity. The Thai masseur applies cream, having moisturized before it the skin for the best absorption. Its pats very frequent and moderately painful. It works as the robot, and it seemed to me that I begin to feel penetration of cream under skin!

As for area of a stomach (waist) in front, I can make four main recommendations for safe massage and increase in efficiency:
1) massage movements in a navel have to be strict clockwise around a navel.
2) at implementation intensive patting and pinching from time to time massage the technician in a stomach, it is necessary to strain strongly muscles of an abdominal tension, - it you will secure abdominal organs and will enhance effect of study of a fatty layer in a stomach!
3) after massage in salon or at home do not wash away cream at least 3 hours that it "worked" to the last molecule even after an active part of work ends.
4) It is the best of all to apply cream to moist skin. It will help cream to be absorbed quicker and also for one session of massage the smaller amount of cream will leave.
Well and one more important factor. Cream consumption.
This small jar from 100 g of Gold Shape cream, on average, was enough for me for 2.5-3 procedures. However in salons of the Thai massage some skilled workers will joyfully spend for one session 1.5 hours all jar.
It depends not only on a shustrost of masseurs, but also on the woman's size and also on structure of her skin.
My volumes, in principle, could be carried to moderate, to average, and skin at me, thanks to mother, by nature rather elastic and dense. Besides, I had the main problem zone in a stomach and a little on hips. Therefore I even managed to stretch one jar on 3.5-4 sessions of massage.
