As for the price policy, I do not buy expensive toothpastes. Unless in rare instances when there are some problems with teeth or gums.
Already many years I use toothpastes of Colgate. Especially I like pastes with propolis and medicative herbs. I alternate them at will.
Today I want to tell "Medicative herbs" about toothpaste of Colgate.
Let's begin with pluses
At first I want to tell that this paste is on sale in tubes on 50, 100 and 150 ml. It is possible to take in a trip, for example, a small tube on 50 ml.
I usually choose the biggest, so to speak "family", option. First, we use paste twice a day and therefore it is quickly enough spent. Secondly, the more a tube, the price is more favorable.
As for the price, it is low. Paste of 150 ml costs around from 70 to 80 rubles.
I stopped the choice on paste of Colgate "Medicative herbs" because are its part:
- a camomile with the healing effect;
- a sage with antiseptic effect;
- myrrh styptic;
- an eucalyptus for strengthening of gums.
All these herbs have anti-inflammatory effect and therefore paste not only brushes teeth and struggles with caries, but still serves as good prevention from diseases of gums.
She copes with it successfully because for many years I had no serious problems with gums.
Medicative herbs paste of dense consistence, white color with a bright turquoise stripe.
She well brushes teeth, has mint taste which pleasantly refreshes an oral cavity and long keeps after toothbrushing.
Paste well foams. On a photo I specially squeezed out more paste that it was visible turquoise plainly on a brush. It seems to me, it contains mint taste. But I can be mistaken. Usually I squeeze out half less paste, it is quite enough to clean teeth and language.
"Medicative herbs" the producer recommends paste of Colgate not only to adults, but also children. But I know that children not really love strong mint taste.
Paste in open form can be stored within 12 months.
The expiration date is specified on packing.

Let's talk about minuses
More precisely about one minus which I found. And that only thanks to writing of this review.
On paste packing the producer white on red writes that as a part of paste there are a calcium and fluoride.
What is calcium and than it is useful to teeth it is not necessary to explain. But here what is fluoride I did not know.
Therefore looked on the Internet and, unfortunately, here that found out.
Fluoride – the element which is a part of crust. It is very toxic for the person, is stronger, than lead. The standard volume of toothpaste contains a lethal dose of fluoride.
If the small child uses such tube for once, it can kill him.
Having learned about it, to me somehow was absolutely ceased to want to use this toothpaste.
Not it is clear why the producer adds fluoride to paste if it is such harmful? Likely, because it is considered that fluoride effectively fights against bacteria.
But I will be better to fight with them by other methods and other pastes, than to smear to myself on a toothbrush a poison.
