I saw also positive reviews about this product, including at us on the website. And I am familiar with different means of the Compliment brand which completely suited me. And therefore I cannot unambiguously say that this product is direct awful... But it definitely did not suit me!
And I as the person recognizing emphasis on eyes in a make-up can tell that I had different means for its removal including mitsellyarka. And this, alas, from among "slabachok" as I had no such problems with removal long ago.
