I use a srub in soul. I apply on a moist body and the massing movements I pound on a body. Firm particles, but in general this means which is rather sparing are felt. One conclusion: I very much liked the Kamchatka srub from a series Recipes of the Grandmother Agafya. Recently looked narrowly at other options of this series and I will unambiguously buy.
