Between you and me, I am not a big fan of means from the Velvet Handles brand, but, as we know, from rules there are always exceptions. An exception for me Protective cream became it.
The first time was got by me in its spring when at our office turned off heating. Under the law of meanness together with heating also the sun was gone: on the street it was quite cold, it was windy. Hands at work froze nearly to blue. Plus ice water from under the crane had an effect: the skin on hands coarsened, became rough and dry. She literally asked about protection, and my habitual means, alas, did not help.
And here in shop I beheld the word "protective" on a tube with cream. Of course, bought without thoughts. Applied cream as soon as returned for work. And, you know, there was a miracle: at once there was a feeling that on handles thin gloves appeared – ceased to pull together skin and as though even it became warmer.
Generally, this cream just saved my hands. I used it daily at work thanks to what skin ceased to be shelled, the roughness and feeling of constant dryness disappeared. I directly cheered up: fearlessly went to wash hands and walked during the lunchtime down the street. Skin of hands remained humidified, saturated and, the most important, protected.
Let me acquaint you with this cream closer. So, means of white color with very noticeable
perfumery aroma. In my opinion, it is excessively sharp, and it would be desirable that cream smelled more gently and softly. But, as they say, what is.
On texture leaky, rather thin. However, too is not excessively liquid. It is absorbed well, just on one breath. There is no film per se left on the surface of skin, however the security is felt at once, as well as moistening.

Ektoin is the amino acid capable to protect cells of skin from influence of negative factors: high and low temperatures, ultra-violet radiation, aggressive means (soap, laundry detergent, means for washing of ware and so forth) and that is important, from dehydration.
But there are as a part of cream and undesirable components: dimetikon and parabens. Usually I try to buy cosmetics without them, but in this case just I close eyes to them: it is the most important for me that means works!
The first tube of cream at me ended when cold weather receded, and it was possible not to buy cream any more. However work in a kitchen garden therefore I bought still a tube began: though I work with the earth in gloves, skin of hands all the same suffers. And here Protective cream helped out me: did not pull together skin, it was soft and smooth. Generally, I was on friendly terms with this cream all summer and fall while garden and garden works lasted.
Now some there is no special negative impact on skin of hands, however the cream tube from "Velvet handles" always costs on a desktop. And I am sure, this means will protect skin of my hands from all adversities and will allow it to remain as long as possible young and beautiful. So far for protection of the best cream I did not meet!
