And how about manicure in neon color?
You, for certain, heard more than once that neon colors are whimsical, nails have to be long and beautiful, varnish has to lay down ideally exactly, fingers as from a cover... as everything is boring and so sad. And if here hands hooks, then that? Not to carry neon on nails?
