quickly enough dries, improves firmness of the previous varnish coats, it is well combined with color varnishes of different producers, provides opaque effect, protects from chips, does not dry nails and a cuticle

The opaque covering pleasantly surprised, having been much more resistant, than color matt lacquers. Of course, such effect will be if precisely to observe the instruction and to apply it on a dry surface. On firmness level this covering can compete with more habitual glossy tops, reliably protecting from chips.
At first sight, apparently, that varnish dries very quickly since it is less, than in a minute the effect of matting is shown, but it is actually better to wait for full drying (minutes ten, at least) - then the covering will be really strong.
