Tell, and you have favourite cosmetic brands? You see, it is very exciting - to find "the" brand which would arrange both on structure, and at the price, and on quality! And I by this principle can note DNC. At me, it is necessary to tell, not one dntsnshny means in a daily arsenal (and in cosmetic stocks - it is even more!).
And undoubtedly pleases also the fact that regularly DNC indulges the admirers interesting novelties. And hydrophilic oil became one of such cosmetic opening of 2017:

Perhaps, the popularity to hydrophilic oil in Russia was brought by the Korean and Japanese brands, having presented various gidrofilok options - the oils which are easily deleting a make-up! When I for the first time heard about such miracle, reaction was ambiguous. Well as in general it is possible to wash a face oil?! But at first reading responses, and then - personal experience was put to use. Yes, I did not keep and two years ago for the first time got to myself such means. Naturally, I met responses different, and therefore when choosing in shop decided to be guided by the reliable producer and bought hydrophilic oil with the inscription "Made in Japan".
In general, in the Asian cosmetic system of clarification of the person several steps. And it is not enough to wash one oil - then there will be other "umyvashka", after tonic, then still something... Therefore ideally it should not be the independent product, and only "one of". But with approach of popularity of hydrophilic oils, their counter of "prosekla" producers of natural cosmetics. Agree, that, and various oils - just by their part.
Therefore for this day we see two camps: a) Asian gidrofilka which are only one of means of the whole complex; b) the hydrophilic oils offered by natural brands. And in the second case they suddenly become... independent products!

Not only from the special relation to this brand, but also because the "correct" Asian hydrophilic oil really pleased me! The only thing - of course, the structure there not "green", and therefore it was one more reason for dntsshny hydrophilic acquaintance.
"You are amazing!" - oil at our first acquaintance exclaimed! But I so just did not thaw after a compliment, and took studying of this product all the same seriously. Also began, naturally, with packing.

And we see that besides emulsifier, all components of obviously plant origin. Only this certain Sorbeth-30 Tetraoleate is unclear. In general, in any hydrophilic oil there has to be an emulsifier - otherwise after contact with water of a miracle does not happen, and oil and will remain just oil. But how safe this Tetraoleat is? We go for check and we see...
We see that all components marvelous! Apart from this tetraoleate! For me it is, of course, not an occasion to refuse a product. But at once there is a question and whether there are eco-friendly emulsifiers?!... I hope that somewhere in the nature yes)
Also It is necessary to tell a couple of words about packing. It is a plastic transparent bottle with a usual lid, type as at shower gel.
Honestly, not the most successful option as after couple of applications all bottle becomes fat. Even the drawing on packing somewhere already at me from oil was dissolved.
I will not call the brand, but at my Japanese hydrophilic oil very convenient batcher with a pomp and a long nose which when pressing gives necessary amount of oil and at the same time does not soil packing. So over the batcher I would advise to work still. But all right, it is a trifle if to compare with effect of oil...
Application and impression
And, perhaps, here it, most important question: and how it in general works?! We look at packing: 
So, any gidrfilny oil is applied at first to dry skin, as much as possible dissolves a make-up, and already then, at contact with water, thanks to emulsifier turns from oil into more gentle emulsion which is far easier for washing away. I will honestly tell, for me at first it was very difficult - to retrain itself. I mechanically wetted hands, and only then remembered that at first "a dry part"! So, perhaps, and you at first will have an accustoming period.
On a photo it is visually possible to see how oil changes after water addition. Such white milk turns out... But you see, there are after all also oil circles. Honestly, they guarded me. With the Japanese gidrofilka it was not. But, I will repeat though that oil completely suited me with the action, I decided to try DNC because of structure and respect for this brand. Without saying that the price at it is more available.
So, what happened?! I will honestly tell, at the first application I was disappointed! This oil was ooochen fat and almost not washed away! I had to finish makeup removal with a mitsellyarka because differently in any way. I decided that I put too much means, but neither second, nor fifth time at me also successfully passed. Alas, I really very much was upset and more did not touch this oil. Bye... did not begin to read responses of other girls. And already only there paid attention that oil should be stirred up. On some to the unknown reason for me it was not specified in the instruction! And where? Yes, only on a bottle on a transparent sticker. And the maaalenky badge in a corner was put:
Honestly, I am sure that I not one such "attentive", and therefore do not understand why the producer did not specify this nuance and on a box in the instruction for application?!
At me, I admit, the first association was that was just forgotten... And stickers pasted that not to reprint a box)
Generally, there was an occasion to begin our acquaintance anew! And this time I already began to shake thoroughly a bottle before use. And at once many bubbles appear...
And to demonstrate all way of washing, I on a photo will show how hydrophilic oil copes with my most chastoispolzuyemy decorative products:
I usually make up only eyes, plus I level tone of the person. Therefore in my selection from top to down: a pencil for eyes, a concealer, ink, an eyeliner and shadows (very resistant shadows, to a word). And here, I stirred up a bottle, and then applied oil on a make-up. Something occurs? As you can see, at first not. But you should not force events and to think that effect zero. After I apply oil, I at first distribute it on the person, massing skin. And here then it begins to work...
Except for a resistant eyeliner, already at this stage practically all cosmetics was dissolved. It is necessary to admit that DNTs in this plan even bypassed the Asian a little - at it better it turns out to remove cosmetics. After addition of water of traces there is almost no make-up. But if to get accustomed - it is visible that on a hand even after washing off the oily layer about which I spoke above is water. After wipe by a towel, of course, it is absent, as well as make-up traces. But the fact that up to the end to wash away this film from a face just water it is unreal, upsets me. And here, apparently, I already have to tell that though there are defects, makeup removal from gidrofilky DNTs is good?! Here not...
Alas, there is that BUT! And it is that after all for careful washing away of ink and an eyeliner, it is necessary to massage easily closed eyes. But in this case after all between eyelashes there will be remains something. Also there is a need to use in addition a mitsellyarka - either to, or after oil. I understand this multigradualness in an Asian system - so they have everything and is conceived. But, you see, when means is stated how independent, already other relation. There is a number of questions: "And why then to me natural oil if I all the same remove then everything a mitsellyarka? And why then in general oil if I and it one can cope??!"
Other option - I open eyes and accurately I mass an intereyelash. With other oil I and did. But with DNTs it did not turn out... It gets into eyes at once. And if with the Japanese in this case I sometimes just felt an oily film in the eyes, then, probably, some of DNC ingredients less sparing - at me the irritation begins at once, awfully shchipt eyes. At the same time, as this oil more dense and fat, it it is not so simple to wash up... And after washing off still some time this discomfort in eyes remains. Generally, bad story!
Therefore, summing up the results, once again I will formulate the point of view. I - not just the person respecting products of DNC and with pleasure waiting for various cosmetic novelties of this brand. I also that person who, in a case with this means, already had experience of communication with "original" Asian oil and has an idea as in general the gidrofilka has to work! And it is honest, I do not understand such huge number of delighted responses. Yes, really removes DNC make-up well. But process... To me awfully shchipt eyes - before it was not. I am strained by this oily film on a face - eey, so should not be! The "correct" hydrophilic oil has to be washed away and leave feeling of purity completely. And I have a boomerang effect: I try to wash away this film, but does not leave... I feel it, and therefore I cannot tell that my person breathes and is completely cleaned!
To be fair I will note that after wipe of the person a towel this film partially leaves, and then it is absorbed in skin and really gives softness. But for my combined type it not absolutely what is necessary, and therefore I assume what for normal and especially dry skin is more relevant means.
Because of these moments I extremely seldom apply it. I just have no desire to use means which application does not cause pleasure. I believe that at constant use extracts and oils in structure are really capable to change skin, but because of the aforesaid more than three days in a row I did not apply this product.
Therefore personally I after all want to finish this bottle, but I will apply already only after removal of a make-up from eyes - only to delicate clarification of the person. And during a cold season when it is obvious because of low temperatures and dry air skin will be more dehydrated and, perhaps, again there will be a peeling problem. And so far let costs. For daily makeup removal, especially, alas, I will not begin to recommend to girls with the skin inclined to fat content...
