Though about plastic I too have recently some doubts. But packing tiny - only 40 ml, and cream probably is used quicker, than toxins from plastic will begin to get into means … Generally, so far it not so essentially for me. Though I respect creams in glass more.
Externally cream lovely, from it blows as warm-heartedness, simplicity. It would be desirable that and in operation it was the same: with clear results and an easy formula.
The first feelings
Smell – one of the first disappointments. In a tube the product smells as children's cream of Soviet period, and on skin too strong fragrance is felt. And it is not a sage, and not forest raspberry is something sweet, cosmetic. I have unpretentious liquid for removal of nail varnish, and so in it something very reminding. Generally, did not impress.
Grandmother's recipe
So, the recipe from the Siberian herbalist on which the formula of new cream is based as the producer claims:"If your skin is dry yes is whimsical, ask for the help raspberry forest, to a sage yes to a rhodiola. Together they – big force. Mash raspberry properly, add to gruel couple of small spoons of infusion of a sage with a rhodiola. Smear a face, take, let it will be absorbed. Be not lazy, look after day by day. Yes health you will present youth to skin".
Lovely, truth? Such mask, perhaps, would help from dryness. Though I consider that after all have to be the moisturizing ingredients for dry skin a gialuronka, urea, vitamins and oils.
And the composition of this cream, for some reason, is far from this idyll described by the Siberian herbalist. The sage, raspberry and a rhodiola are present at a type of extracts here, and not at the first place in structure at all though on packings and write that they became 25% more. It great advertizes cream, but if before them there were no more than 0.5%, then increase at a quarter – at all gives nothing. Therefore does not impress.
That else in structure:
Aqua is water, water-based cream.Cetearyl Alcohol is synthetic alcohol, emulsifier, the stabilizer. It is non-toxic and safe at a kontsenrtration no more than 5%. How many percent here – it is difficult to tell, means the second in the list, it guards.
Dicaprylyl Ether is oil of plant origin, safely.
Glyceryl Stearate is air of alcohol of glycerin and stearin acid, it is safe. Protects skin from ultraviolet.
Ceteareth-20 – is resolved in strictly limited quantities, and is not suitable for the injured skin, and this cream is created for dry and sensitive – it has damages and therefore this component not for such skin!
Vegetable oil is vegetable oil. What - is not specified!
Dimeticone is safe silicone.
Isopropyl Palmitate – if has natuarlny origin, is safe if it – irritates with a synthetic way and hammers a time. What origin here – is not specified. I treat as doubtful ingredient.
Extracts: forest raspberry, a sage, a rhodiola pink – these components are advertized as a cream basis, but actually, they in the second half of the list. About doubts on percent I wrote above.
Pantenol is B5 vitamin analog. The booklet claims that the content of this ingredient and also an alantoina is increased. I did not find the second in structure at all.
Parfume is a fragrance. The most mysterious substance, it can be both safe, and terribly toxic. What in this case – it is difficult to understand. It not really pleases.
Benzyl Alcohol is benzylic alcohol. It is safe if admissible concentration are observed.
Benzoic Acid is benzoic acid, preservative.
Sorbic Acid is sorbic acid, natural preservative.
Ag is silver.
What conclusion? There are doubtful ingredients, and most of them, unfortunately, high on the list, it means that in high concentrations. I carry to them: Cetearyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Ceteareth-20, Parfume. It is unclear also, whether it is worth trusting promises about the improved formula as precisely it is impossible to check concentration of the interesting ingredients.
Perhaps will impress cream in operation? I will try to be objective.
In operation
Cream well lays down on skin and is quickly absorbed, without leaving fat marks. It is healthy. But it is valid absorption or it is banal quickly dries on skin? The softening and moistening effect is observed no more than 2 hours. Further – peeling and even seems that bigger, than to this cream. Most likely, after all in cream there is a lot of synthetics, concentration are unclear, and it dries skin, but does not humidify it.That is, I would not call this cream for dry and sensitive skin. Cream does not leave irritations, reddenings too, but also the stated moistening of dry skin also did not happen.
