Today I want to talk about our marigold.
All of us want to have beautiful manicure. Sometimes we apply for this purpose many forces and we spend a lot of time. But that manicure was really beautiful, we first of all have to have healthy and strong nails.

Now I should make up for lost time and to learn new them care products.
One of such means is Balm with Calcium and Vitamin E (Creation Calcium Shield No. 3) from Vipera Cosmetics.
To me had to order a happy occurence it from our sponsors.
It came here in such packing.
The inscription on the face to me was told nothing as it is written on Polish – language of the company of the producer.
From a reverse side there is information and in Russian. From where it is possible to learn that this protectant with calcium and vitamin E gives to a nail plate flexibility, does it stronger, and stimulates growth of nails.
That's exactly what I want. Because nails at me though firm, but growing to a certain length, break. And under the root so everything should be cut and to let grow again. Besides on nail plates I accurately trace longitudinal light borozdochka, and on some fingers nails on edge are rough.
Generally, my marigold needs treatment and strengthening. For this reason I also chose for them this balm.
Expiration date of this means till 2016, and here in open form it is possible to store it only six months. What, in my opinion, undoubted plus, also says that its structure is not stuffed with chemistry and preservatives. The main components which are a part of balm are calcium, vitamin E, and also peach oil and the strengthening substances.
It was easy to get a treasured bottle.

At balm convenient brush. It on consistence is thinnish, but on a nail does not spread.
In a bottle balm has peach color. And when drawing on a nail looks absolutely transparent. Pay attention, on the first photo just nails, and on the second already with the balm applied on them.
Nails began to look in a different way at once. With the applied balm they look much ukhozhenny.
Therefore when I have no time to paint nails varnish, I just cover them with this balm.
Also I use this means and as a basis under varnish.
Began to smell, however, at balm caustic, but it quickly disappears.
I use it more than a month. During this time nails already managed to break. Now here grow new. Do not share Borozdochki anywhere, but here on hardness nails became much stronger.
So I am happy with this means and I will continue to use it further.
Volume at balm of 10 ml, but is spent it very economically so, I think, it will last to me for a long time.
But, dear girls, we will not confer all responsibility for our marigold on cosmetics.

Therefore that our nails looked brilliant and healthy, we include in a daily food allowance:
- carrots – a vitamin A source;
- the jelly, fruit jelly and jelly containing gelatin;
- sea cabbage and avocado rich with iodine;
- fish and the dairy products saturated with calcium;
- green vegetables - a sulfur source.
