Micellar water, also as well as all cosmetics, does not approach all types of skin. This means will work most effectively if you have the dry, normal or combined skin. Owners of oily skin can face such consequence as feeling of a film on a face.
It is also necessary to note that micellar water will hardly wash away waterproof cosmetics.
At the heart of means - a micelle - the particles consisting mainly of water have ability to absorb various pollution, they capture them and hold. And together with pollution are removed by means of a wadded disk. Means, after putting micellar water nevertheless it is necessary to wash? Otherwise as we will remove micelles?
Also micellar water did not avoid me. I, frankly speaking, do not like to remove a make-up wadded disks with any means. It is more comfortable to me to use gel or a skin to put on a face and then warm water to wash away. However I noticed that not all means carefully wash away cosmetics, and its some part, and happens, as an imperceptible part, remains on skin. Respectively, the additional tool for deeper clarification is required.

The cosmetic company Garnier releases the most various means for care of skin now. I was attracted by their micellar water. They produce suitable water for oily skin. Of course, I could not pass by and not try.
The volume of a small bottle big - 400 ml. Water of light blue color with a light pleasant smell. It is already my second small bottle of this means.

For an experiment I used a black pencil for eyes of Garconne which quite resistant. I use it often, and this only means which is not washed away by gel at the general removal of a make-up. And micellar water helps me to cope with it. Also well purifies skin after use of BB cream about which I somehow already told you.

Symbolical inscription - hi all Maycharmelkam :) On the second photo result after the first touch of the disk moistened with micellar water with skin. Yes, it does not wash away instantly, but do not forget that a pencil resistant so quite good result. In the third photo result after still couple of easy movements by a disk.
The producer writes on packing that means does not demand washing off. But I, frankly speaking, after all want to make it. Especially at removal of a make-up from eyes. No, there is no film, it seems, but the slight oily feeling is present.
Structure:

Water, Geksilenglikol (preservative), glycerin, ethyl alcohol (probably, at the expense of it struggles with imperfections, just drying skin), dinatrium kokoamfoatsetat (soft surfactant), disodium EDTA (synthetic emulsifier, is harmful at large numbers, including at absorption in skin), half-oxameasures 184 (the basis of micelles, this substance and pulls out from pollution skin), Polyaminopropyl Biguanide (the preservative produced from glycerin).
Structure, of course, not all that well. Especially considering the content of alcohols.
From merits I can note:
* means matts
* well cleans
* deletes a resistant make-up
Despite the maintenance of some undesirable components in structure, I liked micellar water of Garnier. Skin clean, fresh, without greasy luster.
Quite easy means at the affordable price.
