I think that each of you knows that this fragrant product is made by distillation of bark of young escapes of the Ceylon korichnik relating to quite large family of Lavrov. The aroma, sweetish along with slightly bitter taste and warmth, which is allocated the mass of useful properties is inherent in it. Essential oil of cinnamon is applied in many spheres, including cosmetology, the cosmetic industry, perfumery, medicine, an aromatherapy and, of course, in cookery.
Its only shortcoming – oil is carried to the category allergenic, besides, in an undiluted look it can lead to a burn. Therefore before using oil, I dripped it in base oil and applied to skin, allergic reaction was not.
Essential oil of cinnamon bears in itself strong and bright notes, it warms, adjusts an emotional background, eliminates feeling of concern and fear, is effective during a depression. It is enough to drip only to steam of drops on the battery, and its sweet aroma flutters on all room. I have no aromalamp therefore I use it in such a way. I do not recommend to drip too much, otherwise the head very much will ache.
Except such method, I quite often add oil to shampoos, gels and liquid soap if they are not allocated with the aroma. By the way, cosmetic brands in shampoos and masks use cinnamon oil as the component capable to improve a condition of hair and to reduce loss. Personally I like the gained effect, hair after such means become much softer, distinct gloss is observed.
Also I apply oil to massage, in this case on 5 ml of base oil (for example, peach or apricot stones) I add 5 drops of radio. Not to describe feeling after such massage, but I will try: ease, calm and comfort is felt. Skin, in turn, becomes smooth, gentle and velvet as if a peach.
I quite often use cinnamon oil for soap preparation (on remnants of a cake of soap or soap base with inclusion of natural vegetable liquid and firm oils). Soap turns out excellent, and a smell – mm … not to express in words. It flutters on the bathroom after each washing of hands. Oil of cinnamon also is suitable for preparation of salt and sugar srubs on oils. Here principle simple: we mix oils and sugar (or Epsom salt) in the ratio 1:1 and it is added several drops of cinnamon.
If there is a wish to receive more sweet (so to speak confectionery) aroma, it is possible to add to the mass of a little essential oil of vanilla, but then to reduce a cinnamon oil dosage. Such duet will subdue everyone the sweet tooth, and the srub will stop being a srub, it will want to taste it. Well, and if you want to add fruit notes, it is possible to add perfumery oil of apple to the made product, it, of course, does not differ in naturalness, but the aroma incomparable gives. With other fruit oils I combine cinnamon infrequently, after all the preferences in aromas were developed.
The Alushta efiromaslichny plant offers cinnamon oil in several formats. I have a jar from opaque plastic with the batcher which is under a cover. Volume – 10 ml, but such quantity lasts for a long time, I do not love monotony in aromas. The quality, of course, is on the ball, but it also is the fad of this producer.
