On assurances of the producer, means is suitable for removal of a make-up from lips, a century and persons without application of any efforts. It does not demand washing off, promotes clarification and calm of skin. The inscription "exempts from toxins" is highlighted – highlighted in green color. Promises are seductive, isn't it? Only the exclamation that means is suitable for any type of skin always enters me into doubt: such means, to really answering promises, came across to me very little.

Micelles per se are not specified in structure of means. I am not strong in chemistry, but as far as I understood, they turn out from the surfactants connection with a certain amount of water.
Not to call structure ideal, but it is quite good for a massmarket product.
The cover densely adjoins to a bottle and does not allow means to spill accidentally. Thanks to the small socket, micellar water is conveniently dosed in desirable quantity.

Then accurately we wipe. As you can see, the make-up from "face" is removed not all, but wadded disk is not suitable for further use any more.
We take the following disk, with it it is wiped much more carefully, than the first disk. As you can see, where there was a lip gloss, the make-up remains still remained.
We take the third disk, we wipe with nearly pressing movements the make-up remains. What here "easy removal" of a make-up? After such clarification to my skin it is not really comfortable, there is a wish to wash away everything from a face somewhat quicker (and even from hands).
So I needed even three wadded disks!
Worse the situation is at removal of a make-up from eyelashes. Without the pounding movements ink is not removed in any way. Summarizing the review, I will tell that this means was not pleasant to me at all, and I will not buy micellar water "Black Pearls". But especially my opinion, perhaps, you it quite will suit it.
