Structure

The abbreviation of "INCI" preceding the description of structure means only that the list of ingredients of means is specified by the producer according to "the international nomenclature of cosmetic ingredients (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients, INCI)".
So far in Russia does not exist as in the West, the uniform dictionary of cosmetic ingredients, the mention that the list conforms to the INCI standards only is recommended for producers of cosmetic products, i.e. all at the request of the manufacturer.
The INCI format is used in the European Union countries. The Russian producers of cosmetics are obliged to adhere to this nomenclature, considering the technical regulations which came into force on July 1, 2014.
So, ingredients, according to INCI, have to be specified in decreasing order.
On the first place of "Aqua" (water) – with this component everything is clear.
The filtered water is widely used in cosmetics.
Further, practically the two first places are held by emulsifiers and preservatives. It does not mean that "everything is bad".
Glyceryl Stearate (Glitserilstearat), Ceteareth-12.20 (Tsetearet-12.20), Cetearyl Alcohol (Tsetearilovy alcohol) is the emulsifiers holding water and oils in the stirred state.
Are used in creams, conditioners for care of hair, liquid powders and other similar products. If they were not in structure, water (which is specified on the first place in the list) just would flow from tubes and jars.
Propellent – it that without what is impossible giving of contents of a cylinder by means of the valve, i.e. gas carrier.
It is under pressure in aerosol package and provides cream "extraction" outside. Here, it turns out that words "lack of access of oxygen mean.
Well, it is just good. Nobody will be honored to try "for the taste-color-smell" the cream which is inside.
Propellants use in aerosol packages instead of freon which, as we know, destroyed an ozone layer of the atmosphere of the earth.
Between extract of a licorice and pantenoly Titanium Dioxide "wormed way" (CI 77891) (dioxide of the titan). It is the natural mineral having the bleaching properties. To cream it is added for opacity. Generally, because of it cream of white color. And still he reflects UV rays and removes inflammations.
The most part of the list is made "naturalness usefulness". It is the most attractive component of cream. Active components are quite variously presented.
Not to tire readers with the tiresome description of their useful properties, I offer here such picture about curative properties of this group of substances.
At the very end of the list the substances well familiar to all who ever asked a question of composition of cosmetics were located.
Propylene Glycol (Propylene glycol) – a popular humidifier without which any cream does not do.
And two more components which name from once cannot be uttered – language you will break:
- METILIZOTIAZOLINON (Methylisothiazolinone)
- METILHLOROIZOTIAZOLINON (Methylchloroisothiasolinone)
Can occur in the description of structure under an abbreviation (MCI).
These components with "names" difficult to pronounce are applied in cosmetics as an alternative to notorious parabens, i.e. preservatives.
They are necessary for extension of an expiration date of cosmetics. Usually they are included in structure of the washed-away means – gels, creams, shampoos, means of hygiene.
What do female consumers need to remember? COSMETICS NEEDS to be WASHED AWAY.
Then there is a probability that insignificant concentration of the marked preservatives in cosmetics and timely removal it from the surface of skin will not do harm to your health.
By the way, these two "good fellows" meet as a part of such brands as Amway, Proctor&Gamble, Nivea.

We stir up as it is recommended, and we press a cylinder the batcher. There is such air snow-white mass. Almost flavourless foam. Or rather, right after putting cream on skin there is a slight smell of a fresh grass, but it quickly disappears.
Here so foam looks on skin. At first sight – a thinnish skin. Bubbles quickly enough begin "to creep away" and turn into similarity of liquid cream.
Generally, at the sight of these transformations my eyebrows involuntarily began "to develop in a lodge", but ….
Cream well is absorbed, there is no oily film also feeling very pleasant.
Cream does not overload skin, it becomes soft and tone more exactly.
It is quite possible to use as a basis under a make-up.
We come back to promises of producers:
- increases elasticity and elasticity – so far I will refrain to agree because of the short period of application (half-month);
- feeds and restores – yes, it agrees, feeds, but in my opinion for those who will have his too dry skin insufficiently;

- calms – yes, there are no irritations, reddenings is not noticed too.
Result
Is suitable for sensitive skin, well humidifies, softens and calms.
Clarification of skin is easier at the expense of the softening effect. As the supporting means in combination with masks quite will be suitable for the normal and combined skin.
