Only one aroma is capable to bring instantly us to a benevolent state or to attract inexplicable interest in the person from which the mysterious and attracting smell proceeds. Of course, on a pocket to buy not everyone the fantastic attracting aromas of expensive brands. But also the most usual smells can cause, apparently, long ago the forgotten memoirs, tender feelings and improve mood.


So why not to use magic of aromas, having learned how to change mood, own or people around, itself to advantage? For this purpose it is necessary to know what impact is made by certain smells.
1. If the cheerfulness charge is necessary. If you feel fatigue or drowsiness, to be necessary for you the smell which will quickly bring you into a form. Three plants are capable to encourage us: peppermint, rosemary and basil
It is sometimes rather simple to drip a little essential oil of a peppermint on a wadded tampon and to smell when overcomes drowsiness. Try next time when energy level in an organism approaches zero.

2. If it is necessary to calm down. If you were exhausted by a stress at work, aromas will come to the rescue of you also here. Three essential oils which can effectively reduce uneasiness level: fennel, lavender and wood of a cedar. If you want to reduce quickly stress, drip these oils on a napkin and deeply inhale aroma.
Close eyes and you will feel how tension releases you.

3. If you want evening of passion. Do you want to strengthen a few feelings of romantic evening? For increase in love feelings try to use mix of bergamot, orange and ginger essential oils. Several breaths of this smell, and you not only feel inflow of passion, but also will feel how the mood increases.
