ARTDECO / Base for shadows with neutral color and cream texture of Eye Shadow Base

I also did not think that the good base under shadows is so important in a make-up, did not get acquainted with this base from Artdeco yet. Really, shadows are not showered any more, it is easy to cause it. The base has pleasant texture and a light neutral aroma. It seemed to me that it also with reflecting parts, I will definitely not tell, but shadows really look brighter and more expressive. The base kind of pastes shadows therefore it is necessary to shade carefully that there were no sharp differences.
