Avon / Basis under eye shadow

I have very fat eyelids - shadows instantly roll down, eyeliners and pencils right there imprint. Decided to try this base. And so: she laid down unevenly, and then also slid together with shadows. Probably, producers needed to write more correctly the instruction to application. Now I am happy with result and with pleasure I use this basis.
