Cosmetics which I do not buy. Part 3. Care of a body.

Care of a body is an obligatory part of my daily mode. If we pay to the person much attention, then and the body needs not smaller leaving.
Means I choose the safest for health. Skin is the biggest body of our body, its area extensive and me not all the same that I apply on myself.




All cosmetics anyway, influence not only the upper layer of the skin consisting of dead cages. Unfortunately, all
harmful components of cosmetics have ability to get through epidermis and to provoke various changes in an organism.
It is not pleasant to me at all, and therefore I chose some categories of means which I do not buy or I buy carefully.


First of all---body scrubs. Bought earlier when did not know and did not think that is put there by producers.
Except skrabiruyushy particles, there is nothing useful. Well, maybe, oil and salt / sugar.
All fragrances, dyes, surfactants, emulsifiers and preservatives damage our health.
Kind of beautifully the jar, kind of attractively was issued smelled... I will not buy it.
The body scrub can quietly be made of improvised materials, first of all, edible and natural.
Salt, base oil and little ground coffee. Or ground stones apricot. It is possible to add essential oils or to leave as is.
I do such srub and it perfectly works!
And if the reluctance to potter, then just I take a little ground coffee and I mix in a hand with my shower gel. Here and the srub is ready!
Generally, for me body scrubs absolutely excess point of expenses upon cosmetics purchase.


I buy shower gels, of course. But only not the sulphatic and not containing harmful preservatives. Ideally, it is organic chemistry or drugstore.
Sulfates very much dry my skin, after washing I should pour out on myself ton of the moisturizing cream.
If in the summer I
yet it could never be washed by sulphatic gel, in the winter.


I do not buy a milk for a body if I do not accept its ingredients. Except base, it is important to me to see the additional moistening components (urea, for example) and calming (allantoin, bisabolol). Extracts interest me a little. And here antioxidants - very much!
I am not on friendly terms also with aggressive preservatives, I prefer food which are approved by Ecocert.
The means price matters for me too---not everything that is expensive, better.

Separate category---so-called, body oils.
Usually offer us mix of oils and basic humidifiers with a couple of air and vitamin E. Even the luxury sells us sunflower oil with a drop exotic in a beautiful bottle.
I will definitely not buy such option whatever fragrant were its contents.
If I need body oil, then will buy base oil, even food. It is a natural, clean product without impurity. The advantage of its application is obvious.


Hand creams - to them at me the same requirements, as to body creams: that gave a good uvlazheniye, protection, had no harmful preservatives and did not cost transcendental money.
Because hand cream is the most demanded and often used means in my cosmetics bag.
I will not buy luxury because I have no need to be proud before someone. Not a purchase and a cheap mass market which does not keep the promises written on packing.
I consider that price / quality have to be adequate.

Foot creams---I will not buy usual base without urea and acids. Skin on feet of legs very thick and rough. Therefore usual creams give nothing to it.
It is possible to manage and put one or two days that - that lung, but then again it is necessary to return to "heavy artillery".
If in cream only base, oils and a fragrance, I do not buy it.



Means for autosuntan are not necessary to me at all. In the country of my accommodation just white skin is appreciated.)))
And if it is serious, then I do not see any sense to cover myself with these creams and sprays. The substance used in them is not rather checked and nobody specifically knows whether it is safe whether it is harmful and it is how harmful.
I quite accept a shade of my skin.

Sun-protection means with chemical filters belong to my Not to purchases too. I do not even consider this category of means as applicants. More than once I brought up this subject in the posts. To whom it is interesting, you can read here, for example.

And if it is short---chemical filters harm our endocrine system. If the balance of hormones is broken, it is already a disease. Generally, you understood that health is more expensive to me.
Alternative---means with mineral filters. Of them it is full now, only manage to choose.




Antiperspirants. This category of means in general without compromises, under a ban. Any---ball, sprayed or firm.
Everything that has as a part of aluminum salt, I do not buy. And even if will present, I will not use.
Already more than two years I use a crystal and recently found effective soda.
So the alternative is.
