Jingle medicinal or liliyelistny

In the nature there is a set of types of a jingle, but the most known of them – a jingle medicinal, or a jingle liliyelistny.

In the people it is called: the field serpy, blue flower, a wild cornflower, orlik, chickens, a lumbago, raznotsvt.

The jingle liliyelistny is Adenophora liliifolia (L.) – a perennial grassy plant of family of a bell-flower family. At a jingle the thick fleshy root reminding appearance a spindle.

In the people it is quite often called a cheloveko-root and compared to a ginseng. A stalk at a straight line plant up to 100-150 cm in height. The top leaves sedentary, with large cloves on edge. The lower leaves oblong in the form of an ellipsis on scapes.

White flowers blue, gentle-lilac less often remind the hanging hand bells and are collected in an inflorescence – a brush above a stalk. The plant in July-August blossoms. All jingles excellent melliferous herbs. A fruit - the hanging, ovoid box with blackish seeds.

The jingle in the European territory of Russia, in Western and Eastern Siberia, in the Far East grows. And also in China, Korea, Japan. It is possible to meet it in deciduous, coniferous forests, on edges.

In the medical and cosmetic purposes use roots, a grass and flowers of a jingle.

Roots of a jingle contain: vitamins – With, P, carotene, saponina, glycosides, pectin, rubber, tannins. Vitamins C and P, rubber, carotinoids are found in leaves.

Medicines from a jingle possess febrifugal, wound healing, spazmolitichesky, expectorant, all-strengthening, toning properties.

Medicinal properties of a jingle are known from time immemorial. In China and in Korea broths of a jingle treated fever, bronchitis, tuberculosis of lungs, bronchial asthma.

Broths, infusions and tinctures from this plant suppress growth of bacteria and tumors.

Modern traditional medicine treats jingle broths: cold, cough, whooping cough, digestion diseases, ulcer, atherosclerosis, epilepsy, hypertension, diseases of nervous system.

- Broth
To fill in 1 tablespoon of the crushed roots 1 incomplete (to a border) a glass of boiled water, to insist 15 minutes on the boiling water bath, to cool, filter, accept ¼ glasses 4 times a day in 20-30 minutes prior to food.

- At a neurasthenia
To make 1.5 tablespoons of the crushed jingle grass 1 glass of boiled water, to insist 40 minutes, to filter, accept on 1 tablespoon 4 times a day to food.

Flowers infusion and leaves is applied at inflammation of an oral cavity, gums to rinsings, in the form of lotions at skin diseases. Strew with powder from leaves badly healing wounds.

In the cosmetic purposes use juice and roots of a jingle.

- For morning wipings
To fill in 1 tablespoon of the crushed roots of a jingle with 1 glass of boiled water, to draw half an hour, to filter. To wipe a face in the morning and in the evening. To use for washing. Small scratches, heat-spots, inflammations will disappear, skin will become smooth and silky.

- For dry skin
To take 1 tablespoon of broth of a jingle, to add 1 tablespoon of carrot juice and 1 tablespoon of sour cream. To put on a face for 10 minutes, to wash away warm water, to wash cool.

- For tired skin
To mix 1 tablespoon of broth with 1 tablespoon of carrot juice and 1 teaspoon of honey, to put on a face for 10 minutes, to wash away water of room temperature.

- For hair
From a grass of a jingle to wring out juice and it is regular for half an hour before washing of the head to rub it in a hairy part of the head for growth and strengthening of hair.

- For a skin tone
To make 2 tablespoons of the crushed jingle roots in 1 liter of boiled water, to insist 40 minutes, to cool, filter, pour out in a bathtub. To take a bath with the temperature not higher than + 38C within 10-15 minutes.
