The mesotherapy represents a method of introduction of medicines in the intracutaneous way in very low doses, for the purpose of obtaining medical effect due to effect of the entered medicines and effect of stimulation of biologically active points and reflexogenic zones of leather. Technology of the procedure

The Italian school of a mesotherapy orders use of monomedicines or already ready complex medicines. The French school assumes a priority of individual approach to each patient and allows drawing up various copy-books of "cocktails". Here the danger of medicinal incompatibility can trap the beginning and experienced doctor. And, the incompatibility can have physical, chemical and pharmacological character when one medicine leads to neutralization or even inversion of action of another. All responsibility for efficiency and safety of the made "cocktail" is born by the doctor. The competent choice of medicines, accounting of the anamnesis, good technical skills allow to reduce to a complication minimum when carrying out a mesotherapy.

Sometimes the doctor and the patient face lack of the expected effect when using multicomponent "cocktails" (from 5-8 components), necroses at deeper introduction of excess doses. Seldom, but allergic reactions are observed, especially when using biological medicines, vitamins.
