The power station of an organism or Where to take energy for rejuvenation?

And it is all about a metabolism which at each person is individual and depends on his rhythm of life, food and other factors making a certain schedule of daily occurrence. A metabolism – the size which is sharply changing with a tide of life and, unfortunately, worsening with age.

So call special educations in each our cage – a mitochondrion. These "power stations" are intended by the nature actually for energy production which is spent by an organism for implementation of biochemical reactions, that is for realization of a metabolism. It is possible to tell that at violation of work of mitochondrions there can be serious hindrances in a metabolism. Some diseases directly connect with violations of activity of these "stations". Besides, Q10 coenzyme – natural powerful antioxidant, this its property is also used in cosmetology.

There is a lot of creams containing this component, they differ in concentration and stability of an ubikhinon. On natural structure ubikhinon - very unstable connection therefore to stabilize it as a part of cream rather difficult. Whether it is worth reminding that the more concentration of active ingredient and its stability, the higher and the price of cream?

But there are also other substances capable to be power cocktail for organism cages. One of the newest substances used for this purpose is B3 vitamin (niacinamide), or rather its derivative NADH (it has a long chemical name – nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) which possesses a valuable power stock.

The matter is that this substance is biologically active form of hydrogen which is capable to cause a cascade of the chemical reactions in an organism leading to formation of energy and stimulation of a metabolism. Properties of this substance were open long ago – still in the early eighties, its valuable qualities in treatment of many dermatological diseases, even the forms of an acne, a rozatse and atopic dermatitis which are difficult responding to treatment were applied. In cosmetology it is applied carefully as up to the end all positive and negative NADH properties are still not found out, however is established that at constant use of special serum with this component even mimic wrinkles are smoothed, and it is, as we know, dependently not to any cosmetics.

It should be noted that this substance with success is applied as medicine in medicine to treatment of depressions, Parkinson's disease and other diseases. At external application NADH renders absolutely other effects, practically without interfering with a metabolism, and only accelerating it. Agree, all valuable opening in cosmetology are strong connected with medicine so, quite perhaps, soon and application of it, on the one hand, mysterious, with another, well studied substance will become usual and daily, and we at last will be sure of the long youth …
