Henna represents the powder received from the dried-up henna leaves. Fill in henna with boiled water in ceramic capacity, then put on a steam bath and bring to a condition of dense sour cream. In henna there should not be lumps. It is the best of all to begin coloring with a nape. Then apply paint on parietal and temporal parts of the head, and in conclusion paint over hair on all length. It is necessary to watch that henna did not get on skin.

After you painted all hair, massage them that henna laid down evenly. Wrap up the head plastic foil or a package, having laid at the same time on a forehead through growth of hair of "houghs" from cotton wool, and from above wrap up a towel.

The procedure of coloring borrows approximately - 1.5 - 2 hours (best of all in this case to carry out before coloring the test on one lock that will allow to define unmistakably, what is the time henna has to remain on hair for achievement of desirable tone). As henna is not chemical medicine, it needs time well to be fixed on hair. But the result surpasses expectations.

You can accelerate process of coloring by means of the hair dryer. After time of coloring expired, it is necessary to wash out hair well. Hair should be washed out until the water which is flowing down from them does not become absolutely clean. After coloring hair gain beautiful saturated color, healthy gloss, become more dense and magnificent. Besides henna creates the peculiar protective layer preserving hair.

Before drawing on hair it is possible to add jojoba oil or burdock oil to the henna divorced boiled water that allows to reach double effect: thanks to oil paint lays down more evenly and at the same time strengthens roots of hair. Also for achievement of effect of synergy it is possible to dissolve henna not with boiled water, and hot whey that also the smoothness will allow to add gloss to your hair.

By means of vegetable oil it is possible and to neutralize too bright color. It is necessary to warm up a little vegetable oil (better on a steam bath) and to rub carefully in a dyed hair, to wait so far they will dry up a little and to wash up the head shampoo. If the result is not especially noticeable repeat the procedure.

Henna is in the habit to fade. But do not use henna more often than every two months. From frequent use there is a boomerang effect: hair become dim. If you want to update old coloring, make it by means of rinsing. For this purpose part 1 bag of henna in 1 l of boiled water (the proportion can be changed depending on length of hair). Carefully filter mix, cool and rinse with it hair.

By means of henna it is possible to receive practically all most fashionable shades, beginning from fiery red and finishing bright chestnut. If you want to achieve a deep chestnut shade on dark hair, add to henna of 1-2 tablespoons of instant coffee.

And if you are attracted by claret shades, dissolve henna not in water, and in hot beet juice. Henna can help to turn also into the brunette, for this purpose it should be mixed from basmy – the toner extracted from indigo leaves in equal proportions.

To achieve more interesting shades it is possible to mix henna with camomile decoctions (the camomile gives to hair a beautiful golden shade), lime color (a chestnut shade), onions a peel (a warm brown shade or purple, if onions "blue"), a sea-buckthorn, a calendula, a tansy (options of yellowish shades) or juice of berries of elder (violet-red, purple) or raspberries (red tone).
