Make-up: day look

Janine Bird - a make-up star in London. She takes part in all weeks of haute couture and trains the whole teams of make-up artists at Stil school. Today, she tells about how it is necessary to make up eyes for a day make-up.

Jeanine begins with moistening of a contour of eyes. Its secret - before the use to warm cream in hands. It masks circles under eyes in the color coinciding with in the color of all person. Jeanine advises to impose this masking under eyes directly on liquid powder, but not under it as it is advised by other makeup artists.

Jeanine is a woman active, she does not suffer a routine in such creative process as a make-up. Therefore to watch how it works, very interestingly.

Then she imposes shadows – in this season nacreous - on an upper eyelid. Jeanine's council: to do a make-up by brushes, but not a sponge. There have to be, at least, two brushes: rounded off to process shadows and pointed, for a distinguished make-up. The make-up of eyes does not stand the slightest negligence, it needs the accuracy of movements therefore high quality of brushes – a thing not superfluous.

"Many women are content with the fact that put shadows on eyelids, without pounding them at all!" - Jeanine is surprised. Immersing the brush in shadows, she imposes the lightest color of shadows from a palette on all upper eyelid. Having pounded shadows a brush, it places the most dark color of shadows on the lower part of an upper eyelid – so-called area of "banana". Pounding shadows from an external corner to internal, Jeanine works with easy, round movements.

"The pencil is even necessary for eyes in the afternoon. It gives to a look expressiveness" - Jeanine says. But for a bigger subtlety - to avoid sharp lines - she removes a pigment from a pencil a brush and then this brush draws the dark line on the edge of an upper eyelid.

Advises Jeanine's eyelashes to bend even before ink imposing – ink will record then this beautiful form.

Jeanine applies usually black ink on the basis of optical fibers which increases the volume of each eyelash. For a day make-up of Jeanine does not recommend to make up the lower eyelashes - this gesture too "makes heavier" eyes.

Finally it is necessary to clean eyebrows and to tint them a special pencil a little.
